When I first called and met Jorge for some channel letters that I needed for my store I was a bit skeptical since I've heard many sign companies usually try to take advantage of you or really bad service of the length of time for signs to be delivered. Well first when it came to price that signs all signs gave me, compared to other sign companies.. I find them that they offer the best price for the same sign and installation services compared to other sign companies. Also the permit services they give was a fair price, so I liked the price and paid my deposit. After like one month or so, they finally made sure the permit is finalized and told me of the fees I had to paid since I understand that its paid to the city itself not to them, then started the installation of the sign. Now let me tel you I had friends of mines that had bad experience when it came to the installation, that usually they didn't do exactly like what they promised, or something isn't working, or the color is wrong and etc.. But, with Jorge He made sure it was perfect and exactly what I approved of what the sign would be and he was on top of it with me to make sure everything is exactly how I want it. I loved the sign that they installed, no drawbacks nothing. It was a really high quality sign that really stood out from the other signs that were nearby to mines. Also, when it came to inspections, they took care of it too and finalized the project itself to be completed. The most unprofessional company you can find out there, read carefully what you sign cause the owner(Jorge Acevedo) it's a thieve, if you ask for two signs he is going to make plans for both, talk about both, charge you for both and then put in the contract as one order, then when the times comes he would send a guy with only one sign and tell you over the phone "look the contract, it says only one order"...or if you order a "neon" sign for your business and when finally after a month it's ready, even if it was suppose to be ready in a week, it would not turn on the "neon lights", and when you ask for an explanation he would tell you that you don't specific told him that the "neon sign" was suppose to light up !!!!......incredible !!!!!!! and if you complain he would tell you "take me to court"...thieve...shame on you !!!! read more

I'll just make it very simple. They are a scam. I paid $2,350 deposit and it's been over 5 months now with nothing being done at all while constantly getting the run a around and false promises. I have messages from Anthony saying they will show up on this day and that day and nothing happens, they simply drag it on to buy as much time. They wasted my time, business, and stole the money. I have filed a claim and see what happens. Do not use!! They are good at pretending to be a company but is a total scam. read more

Stay away from this company they are scammers! paid a $1000 deposit on April 2023 and they became unresponsive after the permit was approved by the city, never answer the phone and not responding to emails, was able to reach them few times and gave me excuses.
