I have to admit I was hesitant at first but the guys over at the shop took care of me as well as my vehicle. They did a one week check up on my vehicle and fix any discrepancies right there on the spot as well as cleaned my vehicle to keep it looking fantastic. But i just think yelp is not always the most reliable source for opinions, having a restaurant myself and have experienced 5 stars and 1 stars. But it just shows that yelp is very subjective. This company made us a great sign, at a reasonable price, in a timely fashion. No Drama, i love our new sign, and i would highly recommend them in the future. I did do all our business with them through e mail, never spoke once on the phone. But i have to say, we are so so pleased with the work they did for us. I did shop around a lot before i found this company, and i can say their price was very reasonable and they were the easiest company to work with. CHEERS!!!!

I purchased a sign from this company a few years ago with no issues. Since then, the lettering of…read morethe signs have basically disappeared, due to weather and age. I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. It took months to get a simple quote back and then they told me the sign is too old to fix. They said they could re-do the lettering. So I said that's fine. How much would it be just the lettering? Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.

We also had electrical issues. We got several estimates and a few recommendations from colleagues. Of all the companies that came to pitch us John and his team were the only people to show up with a lift truck to thoroughly check out the existing sign. We checked references for every company but STP had a very impressive list of companies and strong support from everyone. We awarded them the job but then got hit with three consecutive snowstorms. This caused major delays but once it was done we knew we made a great choice. It came out absolutely perfect. Highly recommended.
