I searched everywhere for a jersey...Hibbit Sports, Sports Academy, Dicks Sporting Good, online shops and Amazon! At first I was looking at price, then I started caring less about price and focused on timing. It was Labor Day weekend which meant I had fewer and fewer days to find this elusive jersey for the following Saturday. I then googled local shops, but knew they wouldn't open until Tuesday because of the Holiday. I reached out to Welcome's Back Shirt Shack over the weekend and first thing Tuesday morning I had an email waiting in my inbox. They were going to try to find me a girls basketball jersey in any color and she enough they came back later that day saying they could have one UPS'd there by Thursday afternoon. This was perfect because I could still use my Cricut on it before the birthday party on Saturday. I took a shot in the dark asking if they could print on it as a last minute request (instead of me using the cricut). They gladly printed and had the jersey ready to go before closing on Friday. I couldn't have been more happier with the entire experience which only happened because I waited till the second. The jersey was $15 and the printing was $8.50. This whole exercise from email, to shipping, to printing was done in 4 days. It was the perfect birthday gift for a little girl who loves basketball.

The ability to get same day turnaround when I order in the morning is a huge plus, and being able to pick up locally makes the process super convenient. I also tried their UV DTF transfers. Solid shapes came out great, but more intricate designs with small lettering didn't transfer as cleanly and were a bit more difficult to work with compared to others I've ordered online. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. One thing to note is their weekday-only hours (closing at 5 and not open on weekends), which can be tough to work around if you have a full time job. That said, I once messaged them about a late pickup and someone was working a little after hours so I could get my order. Overall, a reliable local business with great service and quality, especially for standard DTF needs.

The dress was complicated because it had an under layer as well as an over layer and both were too long. Lena did a wonderful job to where I couldn't even tell what she had done, but it fits great and the pattern on the over layer looks the same as it did before. Lena works out of her home so you do need to make an appointment beforehand. Also, she is not cheap but I think you get what you pay for because it always looks great.
