Zachary showed up when he said he would and cleared everything out quickly. He then laid down about 12 yards of river rock. The price was fair and he made sure everything was looking good before he left. I highly recommend that you give him a call.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pat's Tree Service LLC based on my experience…read more We agreed on a price and scheduled the job for Saturday at 8:00 AM. Saturday morning, I was told that his machine had broken down and that he was trying to borrow one from a friend. I understood that unexpected issues happen and appreciated the update. He then confirmed he would come Sunday instead. Sunday came, and he never showed up. I reached out to ask if he was still coming, but I never received a response. What makes this especially frustrating is that I had three other insured companies ready to do the job, some for less money. I turned them down because I believe in honoring my commitments once I've made an agreement. Unfortunately, that same respect was not returned. Because he failed to show up and stopped communicating, I had to explain the situation to my tenants after I had already told them the tree would be removed over the weekend. It made me look unreliable through no fault of my own, and now I'm spending my Monday scrambling during work to find another contractor to do a job that should have been completed days ago. As a business owner myself, I understand that equipment breaks and plans change. What I cannot understand is confirming a second appointment, not showing up, and then completely ignoring your customer. A simple phone call or text would have been enough. If you choose to hire this company, I strongly recommend having a backup plan. My experience was that they did not honor the agreed-upon schedule and stopped communicating entirely.

Here is what he said…read more I'm willing to complete the job to your standards and not ask for any money to make you, sandy and Debbie, happy. I can promise you, no other company would have even replied. I'm an above average nice guy and wouldn't mind finishing it how you want it. Thank you in advance -Sean And asked when he would come out because he never would this is what he wrote. Here's what going to happen next, I've already talked to my attorney who advised me not to speak to you anymore. Due to the fact that YOU and Debbie used someone else's (Sandy's) card to pay for the services that were not approved by the recipient, not only that, I was told to file a local law enforcement report due to the health and condition of the home she lives in, and to contact dcf. So if you want to continue playing the games that's the route I will go. So send the bill. There is nothing wrong with the lady's house this guy is a low life he will screw you over in a minute and be careful I've got all the videos and texts of the property. My wife is a caregiver for the lady and I work on her property trimming trees and mowing grass and picking up leaves . The daughter is taking care of all the bills for her mother Sandy has got dementia so she covers her mother's bills. this guy has no idea what he's talking about he's a loser he got fired he's being a police officer be careful
