My Internet has worked perfectly from day 1 and runs all my devices with ease. I do some pretty heavy gaming with it, no lag or issues. Customer service was great to me and prompt. They worked with me on a late bill instead of just shutting it off instantly, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because of the $100 installation fee and the price after promotional pricing for the first 6 months goes up making it just a little more expensive than I am comfortable with.
