I took my car to this place for my first time with 2 subwoofers I've owned for 15+ years with no…read moreprior issues until the ground cable came undone and would no longer supply power to my amp. Took them an hour and a half to clean it up and reattach it. They charged me $150 for the labor. Two days later one of my speakers blew after playing half a song at full volume and I was very upset because I've never had issues at full volume for a short amount of time. I took the car back and told them what happened, since the repair was still under warranty they took my car in only to confirm my speaker was blown. Since the speaker I had was discontinued I had little choice but to get 2 new subwoofers from them and get them installed right away. Their prices of their speakers marked up 150% so I had them price match a good supplier which was nice but on top of that they made me pay another half an hour of labor to put them in and adjust the amp like they should've done in the first place. I ended up paying a whopping $380 for what should've been a simple repair. In the end, all I got was a giant hole in my pocket and a lifetime warranty on the speakers I bought from them. I'm very disappointed with the experience I had at Sight on Sound, do better.

The photo was taken by a restaurant worker at belle arte and given to me. I have not shown it to anyone yet. Two of your guards threatened me, a condo owner, because I dared to wake them up to allow me to leave....as we were locked in here at Belle Arte and must wake a guard to let us out. Another of your guards tried to open my condo door, twice, at 4.45 am just 8 hours after I was threatened by one of your guards. This is all very threatening and criminal like behavior. I just finally spoke with you on the phone and you are belligerent. The president of Belle Arte is incompetent but I tell you the members of this corporation do not want you! Remove your services now!
