Kyle was very responsive in setting up and starting the job. The painting, interior repairs, and landscaping was all taken care of pretty quickly but when it was time for the walkthrough, I wasn't able to reach Kyle and the deep clean wasn't complete. A few days, Trey from RMP reached out and completed the deep clean and let me know that Kyle had a family emergency. Overall I had a great experience and the job was done quickly. I only bring up the point on not being able to reach Kyle because it may explain why some others weren't able to get a hold of him around the same time.

Once I said, "yes", he sent the order over to Alexis (who is amazing!) and I never heard from him again. Not one call or text to say "thank you" or "are you satisfied with your new gutters?". Once that order was agreed on, he was done. Based on my experience with him pre-sale and the interaction with Alexis, I expected the same great service during follow up. As a life-long salesman, I can tell you that the absence of that follow up will keep me from recommending them. If anyone asks, I can say they provided a good product at a fair price, but personal service? It was a mixed bag. I went from being appreciative of them and their up-front service to sorely disappointed at the rep's lack of follow up. Alexis - who handled the scheduling, billing, etc was wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and followed up after the install. The salesman, not so much.UsefulFunnyCool

Our journey started with rain coming into our firebox during a storm. We called a roofer who said…read moreit wasn't the roof it was the chimney and gave us the phone number to Masters Services. Gabriel came out and did an inspection and found that the Fireplace had not been installed correctly and if we used it there's a good chance we could burn the house down. I thought it was extremism and did some research. I was able to confirm that what he showed us on the inspection camera was indeed VERY incorrect (the flue pipes were screwed together) and it could burn the house down. We decided to replace the Fireplace. Gabriel and Cayden worked with us through the entire design and installation. Cayden even offered to meet us at stone yards to help pick out Granite! What company does that?! Masters Services does!! Cayden and Gabriel were very responsive to my exhaustive questions and concerns. We're thinking about renovating our kitchen next and we WILL be using Masters Services for that job too!

I recently needed a portion of my home-fence repaired. After many calls to many contractors and…read moremany emails to various fencing companies, Rustic was 1 of 2 companies to follow-through with a call-back and later an estimate. Not only was their estimate hundreds cheaper than the other company, Rustic gave me a timeline of events leading up to and following the installation of my fence, and stuck to it without question! My initial inquiry was responded to within 48 hours of submitting a form on their website, they gave me a time (within 2 days) that they would go by and look at the fence to provide an estimate, they emailed me the estimate within a day after their visit and their terms and conditions were written in plain, clear English. They required half down and half on completion and took my credit-card without question. Once the deposit was out of the way, they gave me a work-start estimate of 10 days and actually showed up in 9 I believe. It took them a day to replace poles, install 2 stained sections of fence (including a gate) and you can hardly tell that anyone was even there. No trash or divots. Just professional installation. They warranty their fences for 7 years as well which is helpful based on the windstorms we seem to get every spring. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this company. Everything they said they'd do, they did. No empty promises. No "I'll be out tomorrow" and never show up. No bloated estimates. These guys delivered in every way imaginable. I was nearly at the end of my rope as it took 2 prior weeks of so-called "contractors" who didn't show up, didn't return calls or simply looked at plat-diagrams to measure the fence for an estimate before I called Rustic. Any other homeowners out there needing some fencing work done, I'd definitely call Rustic first. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
