These people are unreliable, have poor quality service, unprofessional and til this day have not finish my sign. We made the mistake in paying all the fees upfront. Pitiful!!! The worst customer service!!! I purchased a small banner stand for only $20. I ended up not using it since it was too small. They refused to refund my money. I was planning to order signs which cost way more than this stand. They won't be getting any of my business. If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a sign from Signarama back in 2019. First consultation meeting went cool but after that it all went to hell. First I was promised that they would do a mock up and send it. First red flag when the mock up was sent by the design editor. Kenn the owner replied to all including me who was cc'd on the email and said "Dont send him a mock up he hasn't paid nothing" taken a back I responded back and said Kenn I was Cc'd and you were the one who said you would provide a mock up slight red flag but I proceeded to do business with the company. So final proof was approved and we were set to go I was given a date and red flag number two came. I was told that they make the signs we passed the date promised and I began to ask what's going on with my sign. Then that's when you got the true side of Kenn he became very rude and unprofessional saying quit sweating him my signs coming i asked him what was taking so long at that point I find out signarama is a middle man they basically broker the deal another company makes it and then they install. Well finally my sign is done they show up to my place and I notice that my sign was missing details that were shown in the proof also mynpylon sign was supposed to be black and when illuminated was greyish the pylon got fixed quick because it was easy. So the sign shows up and I make these errors aware Kenn says no prob we will fix it it's minor. The guys proceed to install my sign and hang it on the part you weren't suppose to i come out of my shop and say hey that is wrong he says Kenn never provided him with a proof I call Kenn and he speaks to his installer he hired cause he claims his truck was down the guy literally gets out of the bucket goes in the truck and pulls out the proof. So mind you he's drilled holes where they weren't suppose to be. Then He mounts a second time to low, third time off centered my sign was literally crooked I point it out and the experience gets worst the installer starts to argue and literally says I'll take your sign off the wall. We got into an argument and I said I was done take your sign and leave. Kenn interjects and apologizes and says he will have him put it right at that point I was over it I had a deadline for my grand opening and wanted a sign up he made the installer move it. I asked him when the sign would be fixed he promised it would be taken care of. This so called professional sign company came and slapped white solid vinyl on a channel letter sign in the day the sign look good at night the parts that were messed up didn't light up because of the opaque white vinyl fix they had done. So it get worst I start emailing and the bad customer service comes out again Kenn is like I got you it rained today I got you my truck is down I got you COVID hit. I have pictures every time this man said he couldn't of his truck rolling around McDonough and Stockbridge taking care of other projects. It's 2021 I bought this sign Dec 2019 and still haven't heard from him. Middle of 2020 I sent out a legal notice no response I since had the sign fixed by a reputable company to the tune of $800 also the company found that his wiring was subpar and his transformer were wired wrong and that the sign would blow out in less than a year. Mad Hatters in McDonough sign was in the shop when I went to purchase my sign its now no longer illuminated at night and it's a few months older than my sign imagine that. Spoke with that owner and no surprise same feed back about Kenn and his company. Signarama does nothing from corporate level because it's franchised. $200 plus sweat equity to patch the wholes and paint what his installers and for his lack of workmanship and failure to deliver on the product he promised. $1000 out to fix what was supposed to be right from the get go. The other negative reviews is who your really dealing with buyer beware. Small stuff yeah they quick and knock out but large scale stuff pylon signs channel letter get a real company and not these guys. I have email picture and text for proof of everything. read more

This review is a BEWARE of this business if you are ordering material for them and expecting any kind of payment! Kenn contacted me 70 days ago asking our company to order some material he needed for a project. I ordered the material, and had it delivered to his business with the understanding I would invoice for the material which would be due 30 days after it was invoiced. I have emailed and texted Kenn so many times I have lost count. I was told by him personally payment would be sent a month ago. I have yet to receive it and will have to turn this over to a collection agency at this point. He owes $1,105.10 for material we have already paid for. I guess he has 0 problem stealing from a business that works very hard for what they have and try to help others. Signarama (Kenn & Betzy) will be the reason we will no longer trust people without payment up front unless they are a current customer of ours!! read more
