When he put the label on it was only sticking on one side. So when I went to press it on he yanked it away, like I had no business touching it. I politely told him the label wasn't on all the way. You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. It was never like that when I used to drop off at an actual UPS building, the clerks there were always friendly and helpful. I'll go out of my way a few extra miles to avoid that store.

I brought a vehicle to Unlimited Signs, Designs &…read moreGraphics, Inc. recently for vinyl application and I was grossly disappointed by the customer service (or lack thereof) and the lack of professionalism. When I returned to pick up what was supposed to be my completed vehicle, there was absolutely nothing done! The vinyl wasn't even done printing out, and I had arrived before they opened that morning and was told to come back in two hours to a completed vehicle. I came back in two and a half hours to not only the job left untouched, but the sales person I had been in contact with was not present in the store either. In his place was someone else who had only been with the company for three weeks, and was left to do the job with little instruction! When I spoke to the original salesperson about why nothing was completed yet, he treated me with disgust, told me he was ending the conversation because he didn't like what he was hearing (that I was calling him out as being unprofessional), and that they were charging me for the vinyl printed out. Unlimited Signs wanted to charge me an insane amount just for the vinyl alone, when it wasn't my fault that it was not complete. On top of all of this, I took the vinyl they printed out and forced me to pay for to be applied by another (capable) company, and they warned me that it was cheap vinyl!! Unbelievable. Don't waste your money here, go to Stick It Graphics in Waterbury instead!!!
