When he put the label on it was only sticking on one side. So when I went to press it on he yanked it away, like I had no business touching it. I politely told him the label wasn't on all the way. You could plainly see it wasn't. He just ignored me. I felt very disrespected. I was a UPS driver for many years and I've seen those labels pulled off a thousand times. What would it have taken effort wise to please a customer and do the right thing. It was never like that when I used to drop off at an actual UPS building, the clerks there were always friendly and helpful. I'll go out of my way a few extra miles to avoid that store.

We hired Enhance a Colour to add vinyl decals to our work van. After having to go through a…read morethorough proof & color process with Lacey, our van did not come out as promised. We have a proof that was printed for a color match, and the van did not match the proof, in fact, it's not very close in color at all. We notified EAC of the issue by email within a week of us picking the vehicle up (we picked it up in the evening and did not notice this problem at first). Since the problem had been reported to them, I have talked to Lacey, Ryan, and even Jim (owner) & Kevin (owner). After all of the promises to look into the problem, the outcome is no returned phone calls and no attempt to make this right. We have an email from Lacey, even describing that the sample given to us was not the same as the decals on the van. Very misleading. Mistakes happen, but how a business chooses to handle an error is everything. The response from their team was that the color is altered because we chose a reflective color. This is nonsense because the sample they provided is reflective and looks great. BTW.. this was a $2,400 project and we have used their business in the past for an additional $7k+ in work without issues. They made it very clear that our money spent was insignificant and they didn't need us to be happy with the work performed. Terrible customer service! I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

Ive had the pleasure of using them for personal printing and their prices are good and fair. They will do large print jobs and small personal print jobs (far better than some Big Box stores). I had flyers printed for my bands event and they came out beautiful. They operate fairly quickly and will print in a time crunch if you find yourself in a bind. A lot of people forget the importance of having printed materials for certain situations. Window flyers and postcards being just some of those situations.
