They were virtually heroic in getting it all up a steep set of stairs, and precise in setting it up just how I wanted it. Zack and Troy were good natured and cheerful as well as strong and efficient. And when the clock went over the hour for another 20 minutes, their charge was for one and one third hours, not for two. They kept my tight budget in mind while giving the fullest service. Upon walking in, I knew it wasn't right for me and wanted to leave immediately but I decided to peruse a bit anyway. Sufficed to say, we didn't spend much time in here. I would agree with other reviewers that it is like a Williams Sonoma but local and I appreciate that. I, in no means, am not telling you not to shop here, please do support a local business. There are many items in this store and it can feel a bit overwhelming and the aisles are cramped big time. Not many people can be in here at the same time. The pricing is high and you can absolutely find some of the same items at a department store for a better price. The staff here didn't seem to care about customers, which is odd for a local business but maybe it was an off day. I'm sure Saturdays at the end of the season can be tough.

Not a big deal, but it's hard to focus on anything when you have to keep moving every 10 seconds.
