As a garage band guitarist for many years, I did not realize the potential of these fine instruments until Matt fixed a few things that had accumulated over the years and were merely tolerated. When my band told me my Gold-top sounded bad on a recording, I knew it was time to do something. Matt came recommended by a fellow band member, so I contacted Matt and he worked his magic. Armed with new frets and proper setup and intonation the guitar now sounds fantastic. My band now complements the sound on a regular basis. Highly recommend Matt for getting the most out of your axe.

I drove an hour down to the store even informing the owner that I was going to be driving an hour to his store. He gave me the store hours of operations for that day. Through the translator app on his cell phone the man refused to honor or do business with what the owner had agreed-upon with me despite me informing the owner. I was driving down there that day despite the gentleman behind the counter reading the emails seeing those negotiations. I ended up walking out of the store wasting an hour of my time and the man behind the counter, not caring at all, and the owner not answering a single phone call that the counter person was making. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I strongly suggest that people do not waste their time going to the store. It is filthy. The man is not even reasonable with his prices to begin with and he clearly does not care about customers or customer service at all. Do not waste your time going to this dirty, empty store cause like me you'll waste your time

Honestly I rarely use these, so trying to be kind, I told him, "NBD, I use my phone for that" .... But, then it stopped ticking 2 days later. When I returned to the store, I requested he place a new battery in & asked that he show me the package (so I could check the expiration date). He walked out from the back with just the expired battery he removed from my watch to show me. So, I said, "No, I want to see the package of the NEW battery you're putting in, so I know it's NOT EXPIRED." He returned with his supply (i.e., 2 batteries: both expired 2020). I asked him for my $15 back, and he REFUSED because he said I did not have my receipt. Then, to make matters worse! ... on my Google 1-STAR Review of LIPPA's he lied, saying he "could not find my name anywhere in his computer system" ~ trying to make it appear as if I had the wrong Jewelry Store (funny... He never did ask for my name today; he simply stated without my yellow receipt, he would not REFUND ME $15 for dishonestly placing an EXPIRED 2020 WATCH BATTERY in my wrist watch) A THIEF is a THIEF (thieves always lie; they have, or they get caught) and a LIE is a LIE: a Tiger doesn't change their stripes, no matter how big, or small their kill is. LIPPA's does NOT DESERVE Anyone's BUSINESS, or TRUST. ~ I suppose if I walked in with an expensive suit & tie to buy an engagement ring, he would have had the decency to behave himself better & not steal from someone 65 y.o. on a fixed income.
