I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my initial email which was sent at the end of the day. Within a couple of hours I had a response and Jarrod was out the next day to take measurements and discuss what I wanted. In two days he had me proofs and in 4 business days he delivered and installed my window lettering. Established in 2006.

Sign Smart started as a day dream while working for large Sign providers. Learning the ins and outs of signs and graphic design for advertising was gripping and challenging. Advertising is a living breathing machine with the ability to breath life into a new business idea or an old business looking for new markets. All to often though people buy a sign or vehicle wrap from the Sign shop down the street or the first google ad that pops up. What they get is just another advertisement that looks, feels, and impacts the audience just like every other ad and blends right in. This is where the vision for Sign Smart begins! Sign. Smart. The name says it all! Signage and vehicle wraps are about engaging the audience even when they don’t realize they are being engaged and most importantly leaving an impression on each viewer. We were not able to arrange our time off for nearly a month and they held it for us for a very small deposit. It is at 27 Hour Drive and with road construction we ended being a couple hours late. They were still very nice, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable people and we will recommend them to people in the future. They made the whole process easy. I didn't need to contact USAA and they even took care of my rental. Also, I was ready to pay the extra money to have original parts for the repair but after quoting me an extra $150 or so they figured out a way not to have to charge me that at all. The only weird thing that happened was that my battery died, apparently because of the cold weather and not being started everyday. They gave a quote of $280 to replace and install. When I baulked at the price I told him I would just get a battery from Walmart. They agreed to let me do that and even installed it for me.
