I told them and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out the issue, document it for insurance, even calling the manager of the other oil place and explaining everything without me even having decided to have the problem fixed at Kwik Kar! I decided to have them fix the situation and they were incredibly detailed and professional. They documented everything they found that was in indicator of how the other oil place messed up and gave me all the documentation I needed. They treated me incredibly well... beyond anything I could have expected and gave me the highest level of support I could imagine... when it was all said and done i was simply charged for a regular oil change... no other automatic add ons to cover their time. They made the whole process easy. I didn't need to contact USAA and they even took care of my rental. Also, I was ready to pay the extra money to have original parts for the repair but after quoting me an extra $150 or so they figured out a way not to have to charge me that at all. The only weird thing that happened was that my battery died, apparently because of the cold weather and not being started everyday. They gave a quote of $280 to replace and install. When I baulked at the price I told him I would just get a battery from Walmart. They agreed to let me do that and even installed it for me.
