I entered all information and proceeded to the bay to wash our vehicle. We put in the last 4 numbers and it did not work. Well, we just got home from a long weekend and see on our bank account. We were charged $10.00 to our account. This is ridiculous. The car wash would not even work. Then to find out we were charged $10.00. The machine should give you a confirmation you were charged. A receipt, would of been nice to know we were charged. Then when I finally dug for some change in my purse. We used $3.00 in coins to wash our vehicle. I also tried to purchase a dry towel. Very low on product. Must use exact change. So I did. Oh my, it took my money and gave me No product. I tried contacting the Car Wash phone # today. I called numerous times. No answer. Not even able to leave a message. The fax machine would come on. Please. If your going to have this as your business, you need to run it with pride and dignity...cannot believe I lost money there already. Then to find out , my account was charged and I had no confirmation. Wow what an upset! Will never go to back to Bay Wash Carwash.
