While my Tesla was in his possession, he hung up on me multiple times when I was trying to get information. After arriving at my home, it took approximately an hour just to unload my vehicle in front of my driveway. From what I observed, it appeared he was unfamiliar with towing a Tesla, which was very concerning. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Although the business responded, I did not receive the resolution I was seeking. The BBB closed the complaint as "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." In my opinion, the BBB process did not resolve my concerns. I encourage anyone using a towing company--especially for an electric vehicle--to ask whether the driver has experience towing that type of vehicle, document the condition of the vehicle with photos before and after the tow whenever possible, and keep all paperwork. This review reflects my personal experience.
