Customers have every right to file a complaint. It was being brushed off by management. I am glad you were finally there for me to speak to. Now you know that no one likes to be lied to about services and pay for something that is not provided. You tried to intimidate me. I hope my mail isn't affected by your conduct.

Tim was quick to answer my phone call, answer my questions, and after I sent my email with the design for the poster, he got back to me quickly with pricing. Overall, the turn around time felt fast, I ordered Monday and picked up by Thursday AM. I am sure you can get faster if needed. And the pricing felt fair! When I went to pick up, I got to meet Tim and that's always nice. I also got to meet their sweet greeter - a little pup and all she wanted was her belly rubbed. I could have stayed there all day.
