Great selection of mattresses to try in store. I went on the Tuesday before Memorial Day weekend. Andre worked to get my in stock set delivered between noon and 2 that Saturday. The delivery people showed up at 11:59 am and had the new mattress set up and the old set removed in ten minutes! These guys did great! Terrific value from a local business. I have bought 2 mattresses from them during the pandemic. Initially I hesitated to go mattress shopping because I was worried about safety but as the pandemic continued I knew I couldn't delay the purchase indefinitely. Heard through Facebook groups that this place had a great reputation and great customer service. I was not disappointed. The first mattress I bought they were able to deliver same day! It was amazing. Easy customer service, friendly, not pushy at all. A few months later I went back to buy another mattress. Same thing, it was a very easy experience. Customer service a prices are great. No pA Guess what? After a short time, indents returned. I spin the mattress-no help. I left a message on Siesta Sleepworks site more than two weeks ago. No response. After an email, Andre call in 10 minutes. He's never had an issue with this particular and will make it good. He'll come by to measure the indents and replace if waranted. read more

We went here after looking at mattresses in a couple of furniture stores. The price here for a full set was about $200 less and the mattress was just right in comfort, not too firm or too plush. We requested a 4" box spring instead of the tall one in the set, as mattresses today are tall and we didn't want the set to be too high. There was no problem with our request. (Or you can order a low profile metal bed frame.) Removal of the old mattress and box spring was free, and delivery was nominal, only $10. While you can get a mattress with no tax in Nashua we found Siesta was better in price, quality, and service. Delivery was the same day. Shop locally for a new mattress and you won't be unhappy. read more

This review is about 7 months late, but still relevant! My husband and I purchased our first house in April. On the day of our closing, we were so excited to spend our first night as homeowners in our new place, but only had a bed frame and flimsy mattress. I stopped by Siesta Sleepworks as it was nearby our new house and asked about a box-spring. The price was great, but when I asked about delivery/pickup, was told it would be 2 days before it would be available. "Ehh, I guess I can sleep on just an old mattress on the floor, see you in a few days," is what I probably muttered. The man helping me sensed my disappointment and told me that if I came back after closing and was able to load the box-spring into my own car, I could have it that same day! BEST NEWS EVER! Flash forward a few hours, he helped us strap the box-spring to our car and we spent our first night as homeowners in our new house. Great customer service, great local business. read more

I wasn't sure what to think about this store after reading some of the yelp reviews but my boyfriend's father bought all of his mattresses here and swore by it so we thought we would give it a try. I am honestly so happy we did! It was a fairly small store but very clean and filled with a lot of different options. There were two gentleman onsite to assist and while they were available for any questions they didn't try to follow us around the store or push anything on us - definitely appreciated. We found a mattress at a reasonable price and went to ask about the delivery options and they told us that they could get it out to our home and have it set up that day! We went home and they were there in a little over an hour - incredible customer service. They even moved our old set into a guest bedroom for us. I would definitely recommend! read more

Buying a mattress can be daunting and shopping most of the big mattress stores can be a drag. However, Siesta makes it peaceful and easy, and you don't feel like you are getting a spiel from the folks here. They are just nice, regular guys who know their mattresses and, best of all, they have very reasonable prices (you'll pay hundreds less here for the same product that the larger stores offer)!! Fabulous local company! My husband and I got married in 1997 and bought our first bed from Siesta Sleepworks. We have since bought all 3 of our kids' beds from them. This past weekend went in, purchased a mattress for our son. The owner was funny and engaging with our rambunctious 10 year old. Helped him choose the right mattress with no hassle.
