They did a great job with the spray texture and paint. I can't even see where the holes were. Definitely a job well done. What I really noticed is all the time they put in prior to the texture. They covered everything! They hung plastic from floor to ceiling to make sure no texture got on anything it wasn't intended for. Not only did they take this precaution before the texture, they took it all down and redid it for the primer and the final paint coats. Just above and beyond my expectations! I would absolutely recommend this business:)

I had gotten another quote before calling DB painting to get a feel for the market price in this area. I had read all the wonderful reviews and was a bit worried what this bid was going to look like. I am shocked to tell you it was 1/3 less than the other guy, and I didn't have to buy the paint in addition. Miguel and the guys did a top notch job, start to finish.

I appreciate getting an estimate right on time. I value the fact that they answer their phone and…read moreemails and that they call when on the way to the home. I was just asking for trim boards around the roof of a one story home to be painted. Very little scraping to be done but they are dirty as we get lots of dirt in this location. I specifically asked him is his estimate included washing the boards before painting them. He hesitated and then told me "we can do that". It sounded like he was not going to clean before painting. That is one way the paint will peel in no time. I have no way to know if he was going to do it but his answer led me to believe he had to add more in the estimate. We did not use this company as the estimate was higher than I paid in the past for trim on a home that was this size and one story. Last year I had all the trim boards painted plus a wood fence area off front porch (about 4 ft) on a two story home for less than this company was going to charge. It was a professional company I found on Yelp. So I did not feel like the price was right for the amount of work on this home. I was in property management for 30 years so I have an idea of what need to be done and have kept up with prices. **Yes, I am giving you a review based on your estimate which is fair. I was being nice giving a 3 star but after your comment I am glad I did not use your company. If a 3 star review is not something you can handle, don't reply, it does not look good.

The house hadn't been painted in nearly 10 years and was a former rental of ours. We had our handyman paint it and did an OK job. It was way past due! We called Racheal and she came out within a day to walk the house and give us a quote the next day. We knew there was going to be a lot of prep work as well as a recommendation for repairing warped paneling that was constantly hit by the sprinklers. We felt confident with her, based on the work they had done at our friend's house and contracted with them. As we were in the process of getting a new roof and windows, Radcliffe was very flexible based on the time lines of the other contractors, delayed mostly due to our rainy spring weather. Once we chose our colors (a long process in itself!) we were given a start date. From day one Tino and his crew did an incredible job on our house, from sanding, to scraping to caulking. As I said, a lot of prep work was needed. The crew was quite, professional and cleaned up, even raked our desert front yard to remove footprints! The paint came out better than we expected and certainly got more than we paid for. I highly recommend Radcliffe Painting.

My house was 17 yo then. While I got 2 other quotes, Steve offered the best price. I hired him. My house appeared to be nicely painted at first. I rarely use my backyard. Back in 2024, I was working in yard & noticed virtually all the windows' weepholes were closed up by heavy paint. Anybody who watches construction videos knows those weepholes need to stay open to allow rain water to seep out. I had to go all around my home & slice through the thick layers of paint & reopen them all up with a small knife. All my windows were like that. I looked up to see the attic soffits also were partially covered with heavy paint--it wasn't really bad, but no paint should cover those vents up at all. It's important to keep them open for proper attic venting. (I would only learn all of this after watching home inspectors commenting on problems they found on newly built homes from YT. I never owned a single family dwelling before.) I then went around my home last fall to find the wood framing has split apart already around all my windows & garage frame. I don't know that they even caulked all that area I thought they did back in 2022. I was excited initially, but time is showing Steve & crew didn't do their job properly. NOT happy. I can't recommend.
