This trip was the worst experience we have had thus far with any rental in any place we have been. To begin our nightmare vacation we entered a home that smelled completely of garlic and onions. Had to air out the entire house for a few hours and the smell still lingered. Every thermostat is set to 55 degrees and saved so we would turn on the heater and then it would go back to 55. The first night we had to wake up every hour to reset the thermostat to heat us up. The sheets in this establishment were stained. Were the cleaned yet stained I don't know but both the downstairs and upstairs had dirty sheets. The sheets your company uses are 5 dollars at most. Put a few as back up when you cheap out on the cleaning and they don't notice the dirty sheets so we can change them ourselves. The entire place has stickers saying to use the 5G WiFi option. That WiFi did not work the entirety of the vacation. Sometimes it would work upstairs but never downstairs. So we had to resort to the regular one with the same password but it would give a warning of low security. We called and William answered the next day letting him know the sheets were dirty and the nest issue and the no WiFi. He says "yeah the WiFi is definitely bad" then why you offering it? He then said "you said the sheets are dirty and I don't know what that means". THE SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN is what it means. You can provide CLEAN or DIRTY sheets there is no in between. So when I say the SHEETS ARE DIRTY it means you need to change them. He had the driest tone and then when I called him out on it he tells me "I didn't raise my voice". Sorry buddy you don't need to raise your voice to show you think you're talking down on your guests. Overall a horrible experience and I will make sure we never rent a property where the owners are cheap enough to pick this establishment as there management service. 0 stars if I could. Shame on you as the owner for treating your guests this way. Pictures attached of what DIRTY SHEETS mean. Or just look up the definition of DIRTY in the dictionary so you don't belittle your guests next time.

I was generally happy with that service but realized that the percentage fee model blew the economics of my rental. After interviewing a few other companies, I settled on RBO Services. I've been using them for the last 2 months, and they have been a life saver. As long as you are generally savvy enough to manage your Airbnb and VRBO accounts and have sufficient time to manage the bookings, RBO Services' fixed fee setup can save a lot of money. In addition, they saved us money and headaches by recommending a new cleaner that supplies all of the linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. They also go out of their way to help arrange deliveries as well as general handyman activities (for a reasonable fee). They've saved me several trips to Mammoth. Last, and certainly not least, they are genuinely nice people and very professional and responsive. If you can manage your own bookings, RBO Services can save you a fair amount of money and make your life a lot easier. I highly recommend them.

Right out the door you go down a flight of stairs to exit into the village (restaurants, shopping, gondola). The topper! My wife left her diamond necklace which i had just bought her for our ten year anniversary in the room after we left and hadn't realized she forgot it until we got home (390 miles away). We contacted mammoth front desk, they within an hour had gone back to the unit and contacted us via e-mail that they had the neckless YA HOO!!! Just received it in the mail today, Thank You! Honesty and integrity go a long way, we will definantly be using them for our next mammoth vacation. p.s if your worried about the kiosk deal, don't be. The attendant at the Chevron station was very helpful when I felt like an idiot and couldn't figure out the blinking light is were my key was after I punched in my code.
