This trip was the worst experience we have had thus far with any rental in any place we have been. To begin our nightmare vacation we entered a home that smelled completely of garlic and onions. Had to air out the entire house for a few hours and the smell still lingered. Every thermostat is set to 55 degrees and saved so we would turn on the heater and then it would go back to 55. The first night we had to wake up every hour to reset the thermostat to heat us up. The sheets in this establishment were stained. Were the cleaned yet stained I don't know but both the downstairs and upstairs had dirty sheets. The sheets your company uses are 5 dollars at most. Put a few as back up when you cheap out on the cleaning and they don't notice the dirty sheets so we can change them ourselves. The entire place has stickers saying to use the 5G WiFi option. That WiFi did not work the entirety of the vacation. Sometimes it would work upstairs but never downstairs. So we had to resort to the regular one with the same password but it would give a warning of low security. We called and William answered the next day letting him know the sheets were dirty and the nest issue and the no WiFi. He says "yeah the WiFi is definitely bad" then why you offering it? He then said "you said the sheets are dirty and I don't know what that means". THE SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN is what it means. You can provide CLEAN or DIRTY sheets there is no in between. So when I say the SHEETS ARE DIRTY it means you need to change them. He had the driest tone and then when I called him out on it he tells me "I didn't raise my voice". Sorry buddy you don't need to raise your voice to show you think you're talking down on your guests. Overall a horrible experience and I will make sure we never rent a property where the owners are cheap enough to pick this establishment as there management service. 0 stars if I could. Shame on you as the owner for treating your guests this way. Pictures attached of what DIRTY SHEETS mean. Or just look up the definition of DIRTY in the dictionary so you don't belittle your guests next time.

It has truly been a game changer for us as second home owners. It seems that whatever we need, he has an answer for us! From removing a crib to changing out lock box codes, you name it, he can and will get it done. Another important thing is the excellent communication. I am never in doubt that the property is getting its weekly checks, and that there are "eyes on" the status of the home. I would highly recommend William as he was recommended to me with the same enthusiasm from a very discerning homeowner. We are very grateful to have found him!!

I assumed very much like most things in life, my expectation was a grueling, tooth-pulling, and difficult proposition. Well, I was in for a surprise. Jerrica, my representative found a potential renter within the first week. Unfortunately, that tenant didn't work out. My mortgage was due, and my brand-new condo was sitting idle. Jerrica put an end to my worries and the following week the condo was rented for 12 months. We had to give a little discount, and I was okay with that. Thereafter, they collected the rent like clockwork, and the rent was deposited as smoothly as a glass of Double Black Johnny Walker. I am extremely happy with Blizzard, especially Jerrica. They saved my condo and repaired my wrecked nerves.

    Zero advertising or social media posts Zero open houses…read moreUnprofessional photos of listing Running a house cleaning scam with family members Questionable conflict of interest with property management business Zero updates on selling and escrow progress Never proactive or followed-up with requests Never disclosed another prospective buyer had made a pending offer Never listened to concerns about the complexity of sale transaction Never consulted regarding the escrow length Removed from MLS without signed authorization even after explicitly requesting it to remain listed during escrow Pushes buyers to use mortgage broker friends, probably for a kickback Refused to fully disclose the requested transaction documentation and correspondence Provided poor advice at nearly every step and no assistance with negotiation Demonstrated zero empathy or even a glimpse of sensitivity Suspected shared personal information with prospective buyer's agents Zero forethought or anticipation All excuses with zero solutions or accountability Complete waste of eight months with nothing but delays and bull To Summarize - Pure negligence and almost fraud. I will let an attorney decide. Formal complaints will be filed with: National Association of Realtors CA Association of Realtors CA Dept of Real Estate CA Dept of Consumer Affairs To be honest, I don't know what Ms. Larson even did, other than shuffle paperwork digitally. Certainly and without a doubt, one of the worse decisions I have made in choosing her. With any luck, the COVID-19 pandemic will outlast this company. If there is any inkling of justice in this world, Ms. Larson will lose her licenses in humiliating fashion and end up serving greasy burgers at a local diner.

I've had…read moreterrible experiences with Century 21 and Blizzard, but the experience with Maggie was very pleasant from our initial conversation before coming a tenant to post tenant. Maggie does only work with the finer homes in Mammoth Lakes, which also reflects her absolute quality and attention to detail to her clients' needs. She was responsive and listened to our needs when looking for a rental property. I highly recommend working with Maggie if you're looking for the cleanest and quality of homes.
