She is hard working, responsive, and has a thorough knowledge of the local market. Who else would take you on a worldwide tour on Mammoth in half a day to show you 13 properties in one short afternoon! Throughout the home buying process, she promptly responded to all of my questions and concerning. No email or text was too early or too late. And lucky for me, when my first offer was attached to a seller contingency, she had the foresight to ensure that the appraisal and inspection didn't occur until after the contingency was lifted. Had she not done so, I would have been out a few thousand dollars in escrow when the deal collapsed. And when there were multiple offers on the table for my eventual home, she was willing to take a lower commission to ensure my offer was as competitive as possible. And as it turned out, that was probably the key for my offer being accepted and allowing me to fulfill my dream of owning a vacation home in Mammoth. Thank you Sonja!

I own a condo in Mammoth Lakes, and I was tired of renting it on a short-term basis. I knew I…read morewasn't going up there from Los Angeles for the next year so renting it long-term seemed to be the way to go. My realtor suggested Blizzard Property Management. I assumed very much like most things in life, my expectation was a grueling, tooth-pulling, and difficult proposition. Well, I was in for a surprise. Jerrica, my representative found a potential renter within the first week. Unfortunately, that tenant didn't work out. My mortgage was due, and my brand-new condo was sitting idle. Jerrica put an end to my worries and the following week the condo was rented for 12 months. We had to give a little discount, and I was okay with that. Thereafter, they collected the rent like clockwork, and the rent was deposited as smoothly as a glass of Double Black Johnny Walker. I am extremely happy with Blizzard, especially Jerrica. They saved my condo and repaired my wrecked nerves.

All that just to say, out of all the things I had to worry about getting my house sold was not one of them. The first people who came to see it gave me a full price offer, and it went into escrow within the first week of being listed. We were a bit hesitant if it would close smooth or not since the asking price was quite higher than the last comparable sale, but it was a smooth transaction and closed just fine and on time. Matthew has a transaction coordinator who stays in touch with each party, delivers all the paperwork to you via Docusign which makes it way easier, and she sets timelines and shares calendar reminders for everything so you can know what to expect and when. All I had to do was get my stuff ready for the movers! I can't rave enough about how great this process was from a seller point of view. If it wasn't as tight and clean as it was I may have had a nervous breakdown. Since selling my house I have also used Matthew to show me a few new properties in town to purchase. I love that he is honest about home features and pricing. He'd rather see his client get a fair price and the features they are looking for them sell them into something that isn't priced right. I really appreciate his blunt honesty with just enough sugar coating to prevent smashing any dreams. Ha ha. I know the right house is out there and I know he'll be the man to sell it to me. If you're serious about getting the job done be it buying or selling this is the guy for you.
