After consulting with him, I opted for 5 implants. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Han explained everything he was doing and was ably assisted by Desiree and Emily who was in training. Upon questioning the charges the receptionist was unable to give me a reasonable explanation and just kept mentioning obstruction without defining what that is . I found this encounter to be very unprofessional and underhanded . So my recommendation is stay away , I would call this a rip off in plain english. He did his consult and looked me in the face and said it will take about two weeks before I can get treated. I am here as an emergency referral and you expect me to wait two more weeks?! The infection is literally in my nerve, I call my insurance and they assure me that for a root canal they do not need an authorization as this is a medical emergency, they call the office with me on the line and also explain that ... office said they prefer to do the authorization.
