We were there with a group, and this was the perfect set up, since each family could enjoy the privacy of their own cottage, yet enjoy time together in the many common area, ie- the beach and the bonfires.

It's right on the highway. We booked for two nights (two people). I was called away on an emergency. Even chased down the maid before I left. I know the cancellation policy but it would have been classier if, given that the owner lives in a million dollar home, would have issued me a small refund. I live just up the road and that's not very neighborly. Maybe that's why most of the units were empty. Yelp reviews aren't' always reliable. I got burned.
