We had what seemed like the impossible task of selling two homes and buying one that met our very specific needs. We also had a tight schedule in which to get this all done. Needless to say we found our dream home that has EVERYTHING we wanted and more. His experience was an invaluable asset when it came to negotiating and finalizing the terms. He got us what we wanted and considering the market we got it for a pretty good deal. Scott also used a top notch photographer and contractor that helped get our homes ready for sale! It was truly one stop stopping. We are forever grateful and will definitely keep his number for future real estate ventures. Alisa K (A very pleased client)

My husband and I were looking to sell his first home and purchase our first home together. We were stressed out that we would find our dream home and not be able to sell his house OR would sell his house and be struggling to find a home we wanted to move into! That wasn't the case thanks to Alex and his wife Lauren. They helped make this huge life transition of ours as painless and seamless as possible. Thanks to the Glaser Team's excellent photos, marketing and professionalism...my husband's house sold in 2 days! We moved into our new home two months later and the timeline was absolutely perfect. I would absolutely recommend Alex whether you are buying OR selling and absolutely if you are doing both! FYI, they also give back to our local animal community with a part of their profits. Big heart eyes for these guys.

I cannot say enough great things about Blu Skyy Realty. Our agents name is Larry Phillips. Larry is…read morethe absolute best! From the first time he made contact with us even through today he has been 100% awesome! Larry is on top of his game. He is the most honest and sincere real estate agent I have ever met and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their perfect home. He is professional and always on time. He was and is extremely flexible and very knowledgeable about this business. After dealing with another agent from another company who was very sloppy and incompetent I was very skeptical about all agents in the field. One of the most special things about Larry is he cares just as much as you do about finding you the right home. He will tell you from the beginning I'm not going to push you, take as much time as you need to find your perfect home. Whenever we went and viewed a home with Larry it was so great. He looked around at the property and examined every thing right alongside my husband and myself. It was awesome have a third pair of eyes looking for things both positive and negative that me and my husband might of missed. Larry himself has been through the home buying process and is a homeowner so he is extremely familiar with all of the ins and outs that one needs to know when purchasing a home. Not only is he knowledgeable but he also surrounds himself with extremely knowledgeable expert rather it's a contractor or an inspector, Larry can always give you a personal recommendation. Also you should know, Larry does not make any type of commission off of his recommendations so he can give you his honest opinion and doesn't feel obligated to suggest somebody purely based on what he has to gain from it. As for me and my husband's particular situation, we ended up finding a property that was in a completely different state than the one Larry worked in. We were quite upset that this would mean that Larry would no longer be our agent. However Larry did not let that stop our business relationship right then and there. Instead he told us that he completely understood and that as always he wanted us to find the best property regardless of whether or not it was in his area but he continued to work with us to find us another agent in that area who could attend to all of our specific needs. From start to finish Larry has gone above and beyond the call of duty for sure. I actually really can't even say from start to finish because we're not finished. Larryhas also told us that even after we finished buying our home that we should continue to keep in contact with him and let him know how we are doing and how we are enjoying our new home. He has even set up a Facebook page that customers can "like" and visit often for tips on the homebuying and home owning experience as well. If that wasn't enough blu skyy realty also offers information on a company they work exclusively with to offer their customers financing. Again I was skeptical but after contacting the finance company I believe the name of which is United Atlantic, All of my doubts and fears were put to rest. They too were awesome and provided the same excellent customer service that I've come to enjoy from Larry and Blu Skyy. Do yourself a favor and if you're looking to buy a new home or sell a home or have any have any other real estate needs, start with Larry Phillips and Blu Skyy Realty, you will NOT be disappointed. =)

When we did find a house we wanted to pursue, his knowledge and negotiating skills proved invaluable. I signed on with Michael several months ago after a bad experience with another agent. What struck…read moreme about him early on was not only his sincerity and professionalism, but his empathy, too. In the several months we've worked together he has consistently shown those traits. What I appreciate the most, though, is that he has my best interest at heart. On more than one occasion he has dissuaded me from considering a property, knowing that it would impose a financial burden. What a delightful contrast this was to my last agent who was actively trying to sell me a house that would have been a money pit. Additionally, when we learned about a loan program that would be ideal for my needs, he excitedly called to tell me about it. I have recently been pre-approved for this loan and am so grateful to have this opportunity.

Michael Hottman helped me to buy a home a few years ago. Initially he was a good realtor. Good…read moreenough that I referred him to sell a family property. It was during the sale of the family property that I realized our relationship wasn't as strong as I thought it was. Unfortunately, while the property was on the market my family suffered two losses that unfortunately shattered the family dynamic where we no longer communicate about the dealing of the estate. Michael would regularly offer information about the property. A few weeks ago I began calling him to get information about the insurance I purchased for my home, an issue completely separate from the family home. He didn't answer my calls or texts. When he finally responded to my calls via text he sent me a brief message with only the name and number of my home issuance agency. This was not like him at all. I could tell that something was wrong but I had no clue why he was avoiding me. It wasn't until I rode past the family property did I realize that he sold it and only consulted with my oldest sibling. This hurt me to the core. Michael knew my mother and knew that she consulted with the entire family when making big decisions. Although I am not the oldest of my sibling I thought that our relationship was strong enough that he would at least let me know that he was selling such an important part of my family. I didn't get to walk through the house one last time or anything. The reason why I am telling my story is for two reasons. One, if you like to develop strong personal relationships with your realtors Michael may not be the right choice for you. Sadly after my experiences with him it's clear his only concern is the commission. Which it should be, but he should also be concerned with forming strong relationships where he can be referred for more properties in the future. Two, I was initially calling him for matters that concerned the property he sold to me! I needed to find if something was covered in a fast amount of time and because he assumed I was calling to discuss other issues he put my safety at risk by avoiding me for weeks. He didn't answer any of my calls and we didn't talk on the phone until I called him from another number that he wasn't familiar with. I mean how old are we? I was personally hurt because he was a big part of my life for a period of time when he helped me to buy my dream home. I felt like I lost a friend. By all means if it doesn't mean that much to you then disregard my story. Unfortunately our relationship will never be the same and it sucks because I'm stuck with having to refer to him for details that may come up for my property in the future. My advice would be to avoid but then again every encounter is different.
