We were paired up with Steve Kirby as our agent. I just love Steve. We scheduled a meeting with Bernice and Steve to discuss what we needed. We received a complete power point show about what community was where and amenities. A complete geography crash course. Remember, we were coming here sight unseen based on this presentation. They took over 2 hours to go over things which totally helped us understand the RVA area. After this meeting we went home and started receiving portal updates. We starred the items we loved and trashed the ones that weren't our type/style. Every day was exciting to look at this portal. (I hate to say it, we miss the daily portal.)
