My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

Most of the place is vacant and I truly feel she overcharged just because it is now zoned as professional office.

They came to clean my place in a morning, showed up tired with attitude. I let them in my house to do the "deep cleaning" package the husband suggested. They were supposed to detail vacuum clean the whole house carpet before shampoo clean. However they seemed to skip vacuum clean the 2 kid's bedrooms and do a quick over clean throughout the rest of the carpet area and then jumped into shampoo clean. The result is horrible, the living room have many stain spots and the 2 kid's bedrooms have debris at the corners by the wall. They didn't even bother to clean the kitchen. The kitchen floor and inside oven were left untouched. This is the worst $450 deep cleaning I've ever seen. I doubt they even spent the whole 8 hours in my house, most likely they picked up another job somewhere else while on the clock since I wasn't present to oversee the cleaning. I came home from work and pay them in the evening which was a big mistake. Should have inspect the whole house before hand over $450 cash. I thought they should be fine since my neighbor recommends them. I'll never use them again and you guys out there be aware, those company with a nice website is a trap. Make just you shop around, compare price, and spend time to inspect the whole house before hand over the payment.
