I will say picking up our rental car was hassle free and quick. The rental car employee was super kind and made sure to assure us the rental car cleanliness fee was for oil stains and such. When our trip eventually ended we arrived early to depart and there were no airport employees there yet. I guess they arrive at 9am? I'd probably fly through here again though, it's so beautiful.

I was standing right there when the general manager talked to the man (owner of the transport company) and gave him all the information including my phone number. So we(myself and two other family members) are down in the lobby waiting for the transport shuttle to show up. 4:35 am still no shuttle. The front desk calls and the transport company says they will be there in 15 min. The lady (owners wife) shows up in her personal vehicle not a shuttle and is very rude and unprofessional. Says she didn't know anything about our scheduled pick up to my aunt. I said well we were standing right there when the general manager called you. She turns around and screams at me to "shut the fuck up, quit bitching if I wanted a ride" numerous other things were said by her. (Screaming and cussing the whole time) She drove like a complete lunatic speeding and swerving all over the road and also on her phone cussing and yelling with her husband. I was terrified for my life. I begged her to drive safe and that I have kids I'm trying to get home to and she refused. At one point she stopped the car in the middle of the road at 5 am in the dark and told us to get out. I begged her to just get us to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. Once at the airport we get out and are trying to get our luggage out of the back of her car and she literally tried to shut the suv back hatch on my aunts head while she was trying to get her things. The most unprofessional, disrespectful, psychotic woman I have ever had an encounter with. I will never use their services again. Someone like this should not be able to put other people's life in danger the way she did.

I thought this service was awesome and was happier when the cab arrived on time the next morning to take me to work. Great, right? Not so much... The second and third time I used the online service I waited and waited, and had to scramble for a way to get to work (late, of course) because I trusted this company. Third time, I was little more prepared for the inconsistent service. I was extremely disappointed though, especially after talking to a woman, who had supposedly processed my reservation who was rightly apologetic and promised the third time, that someone would come. Don't book with these people if you can help it. And if you do, make sure to have a backup lined up.
