Rude driver, left me at airport. Gave my husband attitude on the phone when he was requesting a ride

Used this service twice. Exorbitant pricing ($50 for 12 minute ride). Absolutely no concept of customer service. Called and left my wife a demeaning voicemail basically complaining about her trying to give them business. Even with lack of local alternatives I will not use again read more

Unprofessional cab/taxi service. Read the unrecommended reviews! Yelp will filter those with little activity on the website. People only really wrote reviews 1 star or 5. Overall this service has a low star rating and I'll tell you wise. POOR customer service. The call number doubles as a personal phone. So you are most likely interrupting another conversation, strike 1. Short but not in there east coast type of way. Short in the sense you feel you are a nuisance as a customer. I know this is a remote area. Not a lot of cab or taxi services so I am grateful. But you can't treat your customers this way. Let alone have your cabs full of personal items or trash. Clean your vehicle out every now and then! Fare was a bit high for the short distance, but as I said not a lot of other options. The driver did not pay much attention to others on the road. Many other reviews state reckless driving and speeding but I did not personally experience that. Maybe next time I'll get the full Williston Mr. Kab experience! If it's not too far just walk. An awful company. I called to get picked up. The lady answering the phone on this date at 1100pm was short and pretty rude. I went ahead and booked the cab anyway. I was told it be 15 mins. After 20-25 I called and was told of a delay and it be an additional 30 min!! You'd think someone in any kind of ninjas would at least have the common courtesy to say no we can pick you up, or call back to let you know ahead of time about the delay. She will get you to any rig / camp you need to. The owner operator know her way around. No getting lost!! She is chatty and your will learn a lot about the area as she is really informed. read more

Driver was a nice lady. However, she exhibited clear signs of methamphetamine addiction. She couldn't stop talking non sense, did not seem stable. Please keep clear from this person. We were relieved to get out of the vehicle as fast as possible. read more

You'd be better off walking I've used cabs in many places around the country and have never paid $20 for a 2 mile ride. Not too mention the tip she gave herself because I used a credit card. This is the reason why none of our travelers are allowed to use this service read more

she is very very rude and has disrespect towards her customers, we called her to give us a ride and she just hung-up on us and so we called her on a different number and she continued to hang-up on us then called us back to ask where we needed to go an hour later. and even dropped us off in the middle of the road, in witch we had to walk a whole 3 miles at 2 in the morning with very cold tempters , and she even called the cops on us for no reason at all. we were very respectful towards her until she started being disrespectful towards us. she started the taxi company, should should know how to treat costumers. if I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! read more

Such poor customer service! Sheila answered the phone and asked if I was being serious about getting a ride because some people around the area I live are "shady." After I said yes she gave me a snarky sigh and hung up on me. After calling for a second time she raised her voice and asked "So do you want a ride or not??" This Woman is crazy! I wish I could put negative stars because 1 is too many. First of all the driver, Sheila, is waaayyy too old to drive a "taxi" service. She should retire. And her attitude towards me was horrible and she treated me like I was trash. She is very paranoid and sounds like shes on drugs whenever she speaks. Also her driving is horrible! I thought that day was going to be the end of my life and I will never ever get into or go near one of her cabs... Called for a pick up, the lady I talked to was rude, and gave me her time until pickup then hung up on me immediately after. I called back to to mention I needed the pickup in about 45 minutes (just wanted a simple reservation) but I was met with complaints about not mentioning it the first time (30 seconds previous) and was told not to call unless I actually needed a ride. Terrible with customers, fix that. My car had just broken down, and I was trying to celebrate a 4 year anniversary with my wife. I'll go elsewhere from now on. read more

The woman that drove me is rude, a scatter brain and drives unsafe. She purposely drives slow to drive up the cost of the fare. I used my credit card to pay and went to hand her a couple bucks for a tip and she told me that she had already added it on to the fare....without asking me. Williston needs public transportation. It's $5.00 just to get into the cab and a trip from the apartments north (right next to Walmart) of Walmart, cost $9.00. read more
