Basically you mix it with the vegetable pot of soup and then it becomes a big paste. It's like oatmeal meets thanksgiving in my mind - but much tastier than that sounds. The couscous is really good. The vegetables and lamb were great. All of the vegetables are super tasty. Olives, peas, carrots, potatoes, artichokes, lemons, zucchini. Our waiter was very kind and showed us how to eat it right. We were three people and we ordered three dishes. Way too much food! Big big portions. Got the rest to go. Whole meal about 60€

So the decor is nice, the service is perfect but the food is what will keep you coming back. The place has a decent a la carte menu that includes traditional appetizers: hummus, eggplant caviar, lentil soups...and an array of couscous and tagines. It also offers a prix fixe option of 28 or 29 euros that gives you a choice of appetizer, a choice of couscous or tagines and a fresh orange salad for dessert. This is France so alcohol is also served with an excellent choice of cocktails, Moroccan wines or local French wines. The highlights: the tagine with lamb and prunes was outstanding: meat melting in the mouth and nice balance of cinnamon, prune and spices. I would go back just for that. On the recommendation of the waiter, we got a pitcher of the house wine. The wine was pretty good, not too tannic and very pleasant. The food arrived and it was incredible. The portion are huge, the semoule is home-made! Yes the chef is making his own superfine semoule. The rest of the couscous was equally good, it's one of the best I ever had outside of Algeria or Tunisia.
