The prices are very good, and most the items I purchased were the same price as online sellers or lower. They sell painted and unpainted minis, and of course painting supplies if needed. There is a HUGE variety of games and supplies. Although its a decent drive for me to get there, I prefer going to their store because I can always buy whatever I need knowing they'll have it in stock. I only spent time in the "store" itself, but they have two other large areas for gaming itself. My first decent the service was decent. The second visit, the customer service was outstanding. The second cashier, an older gentleman was extremely helpful. He helped me sign up for a frequent buyer program and answered more questions than it was fair to expect. Without a doubt, ill be back.

We've been meaning to check out Wizard's since we moved here but have been preoccupied with doctor…read moreappointments, COVID, etc. Today they were close to one of our doctors and we opted to swing by to see what they had in graphic novels, primarily "The Punisher." We met Sterling and he was very hospitable and showed us around and he was knowledgeable as well. We picked up two Punisher novels and signed up for their loyalty program(FREE). The store is roomy(great for those in wheelchairs and disabled)and items are displayed well and easy to access. Lovely experience and great first impression!

My friend tried to buy a Cyber-Stein on TCG Player from here and the price spiked overnight so they…read morewaited four days to tell my friend they "didn't have it anymore" even though TCG Player policy is that the seller only has two days to contact the buyer if the order can't be fulfilled. They didn't even try to rectify the situation. The market is built on trust between buyer and seller and this seller can not be trusted. I will not ever purchase any cards from these people online and I suggest everyone do the same.

I mostly stick to the retro consoles up to ps1 and this store has a pretty decent selection of both games and consoles. There's a 30 day warranty on your purchase so I feel much more comfortable purchasing here rather than ebay or other online retailers. Also, the place is just crammed full of games and stuff which I love to sift through. My last experience was nice, I was greeted by the salesman but allowed to browse in peace until I had a question. He held up a friendly chat about games from that generation when I brought it up. I'll definitely come back anytime I'm in the area.

From blind boxes, enamel pins, official show merchandise, bandai figures, small mini figures, dvds, manga, shirts, prints & plush toys. There's something for everyone here. The woman who had the cool sailor moon shirt was friendly and extremely helpful. She asked if we needed help finding something or wanted something behind the glass case. Very prompt help also. The prices on everything here are so insanely great. Not dirt cheap but not overpriced like every other anime store I've been to. Everything is pried very fairly and affordable. This is honestly the best anime store I've been to, and I have been to a LOT throughout America when I travel. Highly recommend this place!
