I'd like to start by saying, the food was great. Amazing sushi. I frequent sushi restaurants and was extremely pleased with the quality of the food. HOWEVER. The service was utterly horrible. I have never had such a bad experience with service at a restaurant as I did at this place. This type of service would not stand at even most mediocre restaurants. First of all, we were seated in the middle of the plaza mayor, we might as well have been seated in the north of Sweden with how cold it was outside. No effort was made whatsoever to heat the outdoor seating area. Shivering, our party ordered food, some of which never made its way to our table. And I mean never, we waited for around 2 hours. On top of all of this, no one at the restaurant even seemed to care that we weren't getting the majority of our food. It was pure torture. Each food item came out one at a time in about 20-30 minute increments. In the middle of our meal, a mysterious sushi roll was placed on our table by an ever more mysterious woman. After flagging down our waiter and asking him what roll it was, he told us it was the California roll, which seemed a bit strange since it looked nothing like a California roll. After the rest of my party had receiver their food and I still hadn't, I asked the waiter what was up. He proceeded to tell me that he had brought my food HOURS ago. It was what he had said was the CALIFORNIA roll. With his sassy attitude he told me that he messed up the names. So I never ended up getting my meal.
