ALL STAR CHEERLEADING All Star teams are select groups of athletes who train and compete together. Seasons are typically year long and they typically train twice a week for 3-4 hours total. All Star Cheerleading is competitive cheerleading not affiliated with a school. Its sole purpose is competition locally, regionally, and nationally. SPACE RENTALS Space rental for school and dance teams is available at our facilities. Schedule a weekly slot in our private gyms to avoid distractions. TUMBLING & SKILLS CLASSES Classes are typically one hour and meet once a week to train small groups of athletes working on similar skills. Classes include tumbling, stretching, flyer training and conditioning. PRIVATE LESSONS 1 athlete with a single instructor gets intensive, customized training. This is my daughters first year of many with SI Spirit, and I can't stress enough with how happy she and I are with this gym. The coaches are caring and show so much respect and encouragement to all of the girls so that they can all excel to be the best that they can be! My daughter has learned so much and is super excited about the new training class for level 4 & 5 cheer... it's her ultimate goal to get to level 5 and I'm so glad that SI Spirit is offering this class!
