They showed up incredibly late the day before my wedding and made it almost nearly impossible to communicate with anyone about arrival time. When they did arrive they had forgotten a table and only informed me at time of arrival that they would not be setting up chairs or tables because I did not pay the extra fee for that. The manager, Lucas, was unprofessional, impossible to get ahold of and did not seem to care what so ever about our disappointment with their service. They were a day late on pick up and again did not communicate effectively or timely and made us shift around our schedule to accommodate their inability to be on time. I have reached out to Lucas to try and discuss our disappointment but to no surprise he will not answer. Save yourself the stress and go with a more professional and reliable company.

We originally rented a dance floor and as the date got nearer, the venue kept asking us for more equipment. Including 50 chairs, four tables, and four tablecloths which we requested the day of the event. Denver event rental filled every need we had. There was also some confusion, caused by us about the location, and the delivery people did everything they could find the correct address. Also, their prices were quite reasonable. I recommend this company very very highly for any event where you need equipment.

Keira was pretty communicative and responded quickly to my inquiry their prices are extremely competitive compared to a couple of other quotes. I got Stephen was the driver he was prompt. They allow you to pick a window that you want for the delivery and the pick up and Stephen was on time for both. He also gave me a call ahead of time so that we could make sure they were in order and not filthy when he receive them, they are reasonably priced nice people, and I'll definitely be using them in the future. Last year we had a horrible experience with Colorado Party Rental. So bad they gave us a large…read morecredit. They wouldn't refund the product provided that was so horrible it couldn't be used. So, this year we used the credit, thinking we would order things that they couldn't screw up. Linens- perfect condition. 8' Tall white drape- it was only 7' tall. Unusable. White Classic Bars- acceptable. Rope and Stanchion- the silver stanchion were at least three different styles and they were ALL dented! Most beyond usability. Of the 8 stanchion we found four that matched. Still dented and ugly. If I could ask one question to the owner of CPR it would be, "How do you sleep at night?" Events are import and, and stressful. If you use CPR get ready for a huge disappointment and lots of stress!! Now we can officially say, NEVER AGAIN. WARNING: I've noticed that they have somehow removed MANY one-star reviews. Don't believe the overall rating!!
