Jordan Comparin, Jordan Lindsay, whatever this horrible person goes by is the worst person I've come in contact with. She has absolutely ruined the best day of my life. My wedding was Oct 28,2021. To this day, I've only gotten a preview of about 30 photos. And of course she was paid the full amount upfront. After months of reaching out with little to no communication and checking on the photos, Jordan is famous for excuses. Then she stops responding altogether. Not even threatening her with a lawsuit will make her be the "Christian" she claims to be. How dare she change her company name to ShutterBug after the company with her name in it has so many bad reviews. The definition of a bad person is Jordan. Still trying to get over on people by doing this. I can't get over not having any photos of my special day. I was pregnant with my daughter that I will never ever be able to share with her. Jordan seemed very pleasant and helpful leading up to the wedding and wedding day. she requires all her money up front as well. After the wedding (Oct. 17th 2021) I did not hear from her until December after I messaged her on multiple times. She then gave me an estimate for the end of December. I reached out to hear again after hearing nothing and did not get a reply until a week later. She then said by the end of the month (January) due to be sick. End of January came and still no sign or word from her. After blowing up her phone i finally received pictures (Feb 10th,2022). All were not edited and I did not receive all parts of the package I paid for. she refused to compensate for inconvenience saying that being sick for a week and holidays put her 4 months past my wedding. She also said that standard turn around is 3 months which is against what she has shared with me before and other people who have left reviews here. However she was still having sessions and shoots and posting them on social media. Not to mention she never reached out to me on her own, I had to repeatedly message her. She never communicated any delay or other issues. she only offered to add in a hard copy of pics which was already included and an additional hard copy. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER EVER. She will ignore you to the point where you don't think you will ever receive your pictures. She made me feel like I was unimportant and that her schedule was too busy for me.. We saw all the red flags before we got to the wedding and decided to get out of our contract. At the end of September she said she would "issue" our refund on November 1st...it is now November 19th and we are still being ignored and told lies. I wish more than anything I would have found these reviews before booking. As for our pictures... doesn't even looked like she touched them. I wouldn't recommend Jordan. She was 15 mins late and took a few personal calls during our session, they weren't an emergency, she said her brother was car shopping or something like that. She was less than enthusiastic during the session, didn't help with posing ideas or anything. She told me I'd have my pictures in 1-2weeks. My session was April 8th and I didn't get pictures back until May 10th. She said she had emailed them earlier to me, but if that's the case I find it odd she never texted to notify me. I checked spam and everything and never received a link. The quality of the photos is ok. There's 2-3 shots I do like, but the majority of the pictures seem lazy to me. for a professional photographer it seems she didn't even try to get a good angle and I'm surprised she handed them over to me like that. I texted her and asked if I could have some other shots- some with him looking at the camera and up close, she said the ones she handed me are the best she got and then stopped responding to me. I spent a lot of time perfecting the set up and let her know upfront how important these pictures with my senior childhood dog are to me. I wish I went with another photographer. I had professional photos done in other cities and my experience with those photographers was much better quality in the same price range/time/ and number of edits given. read more

Jordan did such a great job capturing the beautiful moments of our daughter's first birthday party. We were able to enjoy the time with our sweet girl, family, and friends, and have the recorded memories now to enjoy forever! Since one of us wasn't behind a camera taking pictures, we are all in the photos - so in the future she won't ask "why isn't mom/dad in any of these photos?" She is the most negligent photographer i have ever met . She took the payment in advance and just after the event she did not inform me when she is going to deliver me the photos . She does not pick the phone either nor replies to messages . And at end she delivered ke them very late and that too photos were trash . I mean really they were blurred . We did photos with her yesterday. All I can say is that she is awesome with kids. How she gets them to smile is beside me but she got my kids who never smile to smile! She showed me some of the shots she got in her camera and I was blown away then she sent me the sneak peak and I jumped up and down and got so excited! I really did not want to write this review as we really tried to work with her but the other posts of her negligence and lack of communication are very true indeed. We paid for a package with our child's school at a auction and won it. Unfortunately it was extremely difficult trying to get her to actually scheduled / show up to do the actual shoot. After several unanswered emails and messages she would respond every so often in which we would try to set plans in stone. She never answered her phone on both numbers nor did she respond to texts ) Our sons school even attempted to contact her to help set up our shoot and she did not answer nor return their calls as well. The last straw was when she finally set us up to do a shoot and then texted (from one of the numbers that all of us were trying to reach her on) on the day our scheduled photography shoot and cancelled saying she had a sudden ailment after we had just confirmed with her the night before. Unbeknownst-to her , she was speaking to a healthcare professional who can tell when something doesn't sound right. We are a family of high level professionals and pushed our schedules , business travels an miscellaneous things aside to accommodate the date she agreed to only to have her cancel hours before with an excuse ( it was a Friday and she was expected to be "well " by Sunday ). I would not recommend her to capture precious moments as she is highly unreliable and inaccessible at times .
