I decided to email using the general email on their website. With no response I followed up basically calling them fake and saying all they wanted to do was save face. After that, I got a pretty lengthy email from. The office manager not even the owner basically pointing the finger at me. BEWARE this company could care less about you. Our home was effected by the Feb snow storm. I posted on Facebook about trying to find available contractors and someone from this company reached out to me. I called set up and appt which they showed up late for. Took awhile for their contractors to get the quotes ect. I was told that they would work with insurance because I have never had to deal with something of this magnitude. Yeah they wouldn't even call them. So when they gave me the quotes and I submitted them and got everything approved. They apparently had a contractor that was flaky for a couple of months and wanted me to take off again to have this new contractor come out and quote it. It got to the point where they would stop answer phone calls and emails. I ended up having to spend more money on a private adjuster ect. We are still out of our home. This company has cost me so much. I would seriously recommend steering away from them. Thanks to them I gave birth to my son and had to bring him home to a hotel.. this company had me in tears.

They were going west bound on the George Bush, and took the exit for the North bound DNT and when merging onto the DNT they ran some poor lady off into the median and she nearly hit a wall. I was behind them and watched it. 2-3 minutes later the same driver changed lanes on top of me like I wasn't there and forced me to hit my brakes, and swerve into another lane to avoid getting hit. Then they exited for the Sam Rayburn tollway. Driver should be fired. If they worked for me I'd fire them today. Your company will get sued into oblivion when that driver kills someone. I called to talk to someone and was on hold for about 5 minutes and then dumped into voicemail.

Craig gave a detailed bid and answered all of my questions. He was so patient. He explained how just updating the cabinet doors, a new paint job, and a countertop would make a big difference. The idea he explained would really make it look like it was completely remodeled. I picked my paint colors, and he was able to show me what the finished product would look like. What also helped was that he explained the types of paint used and which would help last a long time since mine were chipping. I never felt like I needed to come in and check on Craig as he worked. He made sure my kitchen was protected as he worked, too, and I also updated me as he worked. I went from an older 1997 kitchen to 2025 in a few days. New paint and new island. I absolutely love it!
