This office produced lots of extra unnecessary work for themselves to make a good business out of my case. They triple charged me with bills that shows they work on my case 75 hours per week! I experienced lots of harassment and bullying from them to pay their account. She breached our payment plan agreement and put unbearable financial pressure on in the time of venerability.

In addition, Maxwell failed to initially identify that my severance package violated the Employment Standards Act, 2000. I only discovered this myself after researching online three months later. He also neglected to inform me for two months that he had received the Statement of Defense. Despite these oversights, I was still billed for the time spent communicating with him about these mistakes. My case dragged on for over 21 months to reach a settlement. For the first 15 months, I diligently paid every invoice by credit card, as per the agreement. However, Maxwell later imposed an additional processing fee for credit card payments, which was never mentioned upfront. Maxwell charges an hourly rate for his services, and from the moment I signed the agreement, I felt less like a client and more like an ATM.
