I was given the name of one of the lawyers from someone (I found out later) who had heard him speak…read moreat a seniors centre (read: ambulance chaser). It was the first time that I was an executor, and was made to feel that they were specialists and that I would be taken care of. During my dealings with the firm, I had to repeatedly ask for a task to be done, which ended up taking them six months. They sent me an invoice with a bulk amount, which was far more than the worth of the amount of work they done. When I asked for an itemized bill, they wrote half a dozen lines, but still it was not itemized. When I again asked for clarification, they finally admitted that their firm takes a percentage of the estate, not a dollar amount for work done. I was deeply disappointed with my dealings with the firm, and was further put off by the lawyer's dismissiveness. Lastly, they emailed me personal information regarding another client's case, and basically said, oops. Really?? It makes me wonder if anyone was emailed my information. That's the professionalism I received. I won't ever deal with them again, and would advise others not to as well.

You said you were getting old and were retiring which wasn't true obviously since you're still in business. I still have all emails that you were trying to bribe me with up to 10,000 move out with no paper trail and no one needing to know. Each month it would go down 1000. I finally ended up finding a place, but left empty handed with no incentive. UHauls were all booked around that time, so you're amazing realtors collected more money from me letting me know they had a friend who does dump runs. I threw away my entire home including belongings of my children which lets say took me forever to replace. This woman is dishonest, a manipulator and do not recommend her to to cover your case. This office produced lots of extra unnecessary work for themselves to make a good business out of my case. They triple charged me with bills that shows they work on my case 75 hours per week! I experienced lots of harassment and bullying from them to pay their account. She breached our payment plan agreement and put unbearable financial pressure on in the time of venerability.
