Worst experience! I ordered this service thru Office Depot at Westgate Mall. That was my 1st…read moremistake. The employee was helpful but the order was not actually placed, it was just sitting in limbo. I finally figured that out and found a coupon to save 30% that the employee had mentioned nothing about. It saved quite a bit on a large 1 time shredding service. I then received a phone call from someone at Iron Mountain to schedule the service and was told I would get a call back. I never got a call. I did get 2 emails with 2 different order numbers and our corporate address instead of the service address which was clearly communicated to them. The bins were delivered to our office in AZ and not to the site the work needed to be done in WI. I am now waiting for someone at Iron Mountain customer service to figure it out. I will not use their service again nor will I use Office Depot/Office Max to schedule work. If they can't be competent in handling this service they should not offer it.

Their driver told me that they are no longer about customer service and the company is all about how much money they can make. Their billing department is rude and when I contact them for help, the only response is we will get back with you soon. I have been waiting for a request from them that I submitted in November 2016. I sent them two more email messages since and haven't heard back from them, and it is now February 2017. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They send out email surveys, expect a response and they never make an attempt to resolve any issues. I would NOT recommend them to anyone or any business. They used to be a really good company, they are not a good company anymore.
