We partner with area businesses to provide a day of on-site secure shredding services, while also helping these businesses raise funds for various charitable causes. I called and spoke with a man named Emil who identified himself as the owner and was told that his business would not support our religious organization. Sadly, Shred-X does not take pride in supporting all of the charitable causes in our area.

I called the folks at Northcoast and was told to bring the boxes right on down, when I mentioned there was some sensitive personal information in the items they happily told me I was able to watch it being shredded if I so desired! I loaded up the car and headed over, when I arrived a nice gentleman brought over a cart and loaded the boxes into the cart. I followed him into the warehouse and watched him shred my paperwork in no time. The gentleman explained to me the process of shredding and bundling the paper which I thought was very cool. 2 (non-paper cut) thumbs up for this place!

First, I was visiting with a friend in the greater Cleveland area and we needed to get some shredding done. It would never occur to me that a place exists just for that. Well, I am so glad i was wrong. It was much more than that. Let's begin with the entrance. It was snowing and very unpleasant outside. The customer service person CAME OUTSIDE to greet us with the such a fun, happy tone. How could ANYONE do that in this weather?! The representative demonstrated such knowledge of the process and what to expect. She provided us with a tour! How could anyone be that excited about shredding?! The experience was FAST! You can actually watch it take place. There is also something of a speakeasy without the liquor (it was too early for us to get such a drink) at this place.
