Susan drove about 60 miles said we had already accomplished most of what needed to be done. Her consultation was wonderful. Senior Move Managers specialize in organizing, sorting, donating and prioritizing the transition process and then setting up at the destination (if it's within a certain area - if not there are many across the country). Her biggest help was finding an actual moving company. She has worked with Dave at Navis Pack and Ship in Lakeland, FL and made the introduction. Small towns generally don't have competing businesses and sometimes don't have the business at all that you need so having an alternative is great. Susan was so wonderful. Just knowing she was there to answer questions was a relief. I'm hoping this review will further compensate for her time and caring and help other families who need a specialist.

Cannot even give them 1*. We were using their services for shredding of medical documents. Our…read moreoffice is closed on Fridays which they were aware of. We started noticing that our bins were not getting emptied consistently every month but we were getting billed for it. After multiple calls with the billing department we were able to get copies that showed the driver signed off that the bins were picked up and emptied but were not signed by any of our employees. 3 years later they are still disputing the bill which will never get paid as I have proof of fraudulent billing on their end. They are horrible to deal with and would not recommend using them. We have since found a wonderful company to use who are dependent and show up every month.

Don't bother trying to drop off papers for shredding unless you have 80# or more. I tried on…read more5/14/19 to call them for their drop-off hours but couldn't get through so I went to the Tonawanda location only to be met at the door with a sign that basically said: As of September 2016 drop-offs are accepted only Tuesday and Thursday AM with a minimum cost of $75. This business is nuts. Office Max charges $1 a pound, with the first 5# free. No point in leaving my 30-40 pounds so I left. No interest in individual customers here. Good luck with this business model.

The guys said "Come back Thursday at 9am and we'll get right on it." I showed up at 9am pulled in their garage and they immediately went to work. It actually took the team about 50 minutes to do the job, which by the way was better than I expected once completed. They cashed me out and said "We're shaving a bit off because it took a little less time." Who does that? Only a small business with a big heart who cares about their customers... That's who. Not only was the work done with excellence but they were friendly and helpful and I'll be telling this story for a long time to come.
