I've seen some of these same complaints about this…read morebusiness on other sites, but I thought I'd reinforce their validity. 1) Every time I've contacted the owner about an issue she always ends up somehow making it my fault. 2) Owner does not follow thru on any requests or fails to correct any issues I've brought to her attention or requested. Once again, always making it my fault. When we first began using them, it was obvious this was going to be a problem, so I leave a detailed list for the crew, but it does not help either. 3) Owner cannot stick to a schedule. Every time I've set one up, she still continues to show up and do whatever and whenever works for her, not what we'd agreed upon ( I've even tried documenting with written documentation/emails, etc. , but no help). 4) Owner lies. Whenever they don't do what we'd agreed upon she re-uses about 5 different excuses. Once again, never acknowledging her mistake. I believe she has no idea how laughable her excuses are and that it is obvious she is lying, but people just let her talk because they hate to embarrass her. Her excuses are usually some wild story about emails, texts, voice mail... lost, wrong, etc., etc. and is never capable of providing any proof. She seems to be a compulsive liar. 5) I have an elderly mother that I must take care of every morning and cannot have any service or cleaning scheduled before 1:00 pm. Owner completely ignores my request. The crew shows up at 9:00 am, 10:00, etc. whenever they want, she cannot/will not comply with my request.

In May, I called Valencia D. Walker - Hands On Concierge, to inquire about hiring their process server services. I was given the prices and decided to pay $225 to complete 3 process server services: 1. To make 3 attempts to serve the person - $75 2. To go to the courts to pickup and drop off the filing documents - $45 3. To file the documents with the county clerk - $105 As it turned out, after I'd paid, over the weekend I realized I would not need the services and contacted Ms Walker to let her know via voicemail. On the following Monday we spoke and she informed me she'd received my message. We discussed the situation that involved a tenant who was behind on rent and I decided to let her keep the money for the time being to ensure the situation was completely resolved before getting reimbursed. She told me to just let her know what I wanted to do, At no time was I told that if so did not allow her to conduct the services that processing and counseling fees would be deducted. In August, the tenant moved and I called to get my refund. Although NO SERVICES had been provided, and none of this had been discussed, Ms Walker said I would be refunded $100 with $125 being withheld because of her PayPal processing fees and counseling. This is misrepresentation and fraud. I was never told nor did I hire or pay her for counseling services or PayPal's processing fees. Neither are on the invoice she sent me. So why was I not fully reimbursed for the services I did pay for that I did not receive? I want a full reimbursement of the $125 that was fraudulently withheld to be reimbursed immediately.

The quote required construction, and we talked to them about what ATT and other telecom services said would need to be done. We were referred to Worldspice, because we wanted a local company with the same capabilities. They came back with an updated quote that was thousands of dollars more than the original bid. At the time of the contract signing, we migrated our IT services (e-mail and hosting) to them. They did not come out to our site to assist with migration, and instead only did phone walkthrough, which took 3 days due to issues with the migration that could have been better completed had they handled it on site and not on the phone with the accounting department. As a logistics company, every second of no e-mail means money lost and customers not being able to reach us. Our staff was friendly, and due to the change in cost, we canceled our contract and began migrating to a different company. The IT team was even less helpful here, and provided the wrong information that later knocked out e-mail offline again. When we called them, they were extremely rude and told us that we are no longer their customer and can't do things for free. However, this was an error on their end that needed to be repaired.
