It is clear their priority is cheerleading. Because of Covid and where we used to live my daughters were behind for their age, but Premier did not help. My two girls did not have great teachers, and were more babysat than pushed. They never got floor time. That was 100% reserved for cheerleaders. They were happy to simply take our money and call it a day and only leveled them up when I brought up how my girls seemed ahead of the group they were in. I put them at the absolute lowest level, so they could get used to it again and get the muscle and coordination back. I knew they would leave that level quickly, but didn't until I took action.

We paid in full a month before the party. When we arrived to the location, we were told, after having to ask, that there would not be an instructor for the class. This was very disappointing as we had told all the parents and kids that there would be one. Premier told us that all of their employees were at a competition. So, they would have known in advance that there was no instructor available and could have let us know prior to our party. We did get a $25 refund but that was only after I emailed and then called them about it. I got no response from my email so I called during business hours. They didn't seem to apologetic on the phone either. It sounded like this was common.

I'm really torn between giving this sports complex three stars or four! The fields are in very good…read morecondition; well maintained. My issue is with the condition of the bleachers. The sitting part of them are wood; very old wood which could equate to getting a nice splinter in one's derrière! Fortunately for me I exercised a lot of caution! I did hear a lot of fans complain about them also! There's a pretty stiff admission fee to enter! I did escape that trap by legitimately playing my senior citizen card! People who are 65 years old plus get admitted free! My question is where's all the entrance fee money going? All in all I've certainly been to ballparks in much worse shape than this one! I recommend that you do bring you own folding chair!
