The vent was jammed to one side and the dash around it cracked in 2 places. I called the shop and got the Ol' "it was like that when we got it" . Seriously?! Besides the damage very poor detail. Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. Though it had been garage kept at our house, the exterior was fairly baked from a summer in the Oklahoma sun while we lived in our RV in Tulsa. There were several recommendations for T-Mac's on Reddit and Yelp, so I went with them. I dropped it off and when I picked it up 24 hours later it was SPOTLESS! They took the TPMS sensors I use when towing it behind my RV and a few other things that had fallen under the seats and bagged them up for me. My dash cam had painters tape over it to prevent any cleaner from damaging it when they worked on windows and mirror. The leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, as was the WeatherTech floor protectors, center console and cup holders. Very happy with their staff, quality and service. They had to sand and paint all the cars again. When I went to get my car, they just handed me the keys and let me go. I was disappointed, hoping for a little something, maybe fill up my tank that would've cost them $20, but nothing! I am an Uber driver, and this meant that I couldn't work for 24 days! I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!" I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed! I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed.
