I tried calling over 20 times over 2 days and way different hours just in case they were busy. never answered the phone. never answered my email. had to file a dispute with my credit card company and finally got it back. to add, every time we go, mario is RUDE. not only to workers, but to customers. my group friends (15 people) and I will not be coming back.
