WOULDA, SHOULDA, COULDA, SO WHAT?…read more You know what's annoying about people when they get angry with a particular service? Their tendency to start bragging about how much they would have or could have spent if only the company had better service. That is tacky and irrelevant, stop it and move on! Yes, they're pricey, they are in Alpharetta! Sometimes, it is just about location and some stores have a different pricing structure based on the surrounding area or address. If customer service is that important to you, make an appointment because they don't have sales staff on the floor, their staff is actually busy completing designs and processing orders. If you want a sales person on the floor, head to Lowe's. Yes, these stores tend to be very pricey because they are in business to make as much of a profit as possible and if they can get you to pay $7000 for that tub, they are winning! There are other options for purchasing kitchen and bath appliances, fixtures and accessories. However, if you don't want to spend the time really searching the various options and you don't mind plunking down the cash, this store just might be your ticket. I like this store over their competitor because they had a greater variety and it didn't read "pretentious". You might look up and see "Game of Thrones" and Cinderella sharing the same space, (lighting). When it comes to my kitchen and bath decor, it needs to be simple and clean in design. These are highly functional areas that must be calm, relaxing and free of visual clutter or bling. Showrooms are obviously designed to get your attention and they do because they have beautiful inventory. No doubt. I didn't see anything that caused me to get super excited so my search continues. ***When I entered the store, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and signed in. I was told that there were no sales people on the floor but if I needed more information regarding an item, I could just let her know. I was then free to browse unbothered. ***Remember, if you know going in that you will require assistance, make an appointment. ***Don't feel obligated to purchase here, comparison shop like you do for everything else.

Terrible experience. Hard to imagine that high end luxury buyers would endure the experience(s) we…read moredid. We were in a pinch- had family coming and needed a new vanity & setup for a guest bathroom. We went here as we wanted a high end unit. We Waited the customary 1 hour to see a sales person(great stuff) . She was helpful and we picked out a "set" of stuff" Vanity/Counter sink/Mirror/Lighting. What really sold us was the ETA. When we had checked other places, the ETA was 2-3 weeks vs 8-10 days. Only -it wasn't there in a week-10 days it was three weeks. Ok, shi# happens. But, when we could get our contractor back to the house to finally do the work & he opened the items up & the sink was the wrong size. We then had to take time off (my wife works weekends), go back to Ferguson, wait an hour to see a sales rep (again, I know) . Then after 30 minutes she concluded that it was not the correct sink. They/she would have to order a replacement on Monday as the supplier wasn't open on the weekend. We left, annoyed. On Tuesday We saw a shipping alert from FedEx, but then someone must have canceled the shipment. We called the sales rep to see what was up & she said it was still coming. Two more weeks went by, when we started getting grumbly, it turned out the sink had never been ordered. I left a pretty angry message for the rep to call my wife- as I was heading to Europe on a biz trip. A supervisor left ME the message back that they couldn't find the order, could we help them find it? I didn't pick this up until I was back from Europe. Great. We had paid our contractor as they wanted to move on to another job (of course) weeks ago. This past Saturday, the sink finally arrived. Elapsed time- about 10 weeks now. The contractor is working in another part of the state now & we are hoping to get them back before Thanksgiving( more family coming). If we can get the contractor back before the holidays, it will have been almost 4 months. We will also have to pay them more as we have inconvenienced them a few times now. My vengeance against Ferguson will be to tell everyone I know (we live in an affluent community) NEVER to do biz with these people. Nice showroom, completely incompetent company. I have actually thought of charging everything back and telling them to come get it. I WILL tell everyone I know at EVERY party or event, EVERY TIME a hear someone wants to purchase a high end appliance, or kitchen cabinets NEVER to go here. I don't/won't forget, I am also vindictive , so I will carry this on for years. At your own peril people. They stink. Also, I checked prices on many of their high end appliances and you would be very wise to price shop, it's not like you will receive good local service.
