Opened the garage to bring them in. Once done, I should have asked the installers to close the door but I didn't. No biggie. I can close garage doors. Not anymore. Couldn't reach it. Called Renner, explained that I couldn't get my garage door closed and needed an opener installed ASAP. Caleb came out that afternoon, took measurements and closed my door. Thank you Caleb. And the very next day Brad came out and installed my garage door opener. Brad knew just what needed to be done and did it. Courteously and professionally. Just an all around great job. Thank you Brad. And thank you Renner for making my third day in my new home so much better.

Extremely polite company. Techs Austin & Kaleb were very nice. My opener was fixed quickly.read more

The owner didn't make the appointment but after I left him a message he called me back to say he had an emergency he had to attend to but he would have somebody else swing by. I think it was his nephew, who did show up shortly thereafter. The gentleman was super polite, dressed professionally and was very thorough in his inspection. The panel rollers needed to be replaced as they were old steel rollers which were bent. He replaced them all at a reasonable cost. We also discussed getting two estimates, one for replacing the entire garage door and one for replacing just some bent tracks. He said he would speak with the owner and a quote would be provided. Haven't heard back on that as of yet. I will say that the employee was dead on knowledgeable and professional. It's frustrating that the owner did not reach out to me about missing the appointment until I called him. Now about that super sketchy looking service vehicle ...

Repairman called 30 minutes prior to arriving. I had a broken spring and was told both might need to be replaced if the other was old/original. I believed both springs were original with the door and gave permission for them to be replaced. When he was finished - within 30 minutes - he said the working one had been replaced before and, therefore, I only needed one. Honesty! Price was reasonable, I guess. I only called one other place and the estimate was about the same. I would recommend and will use them again, myself, if necessary.
