I had a 20 minute break to run and grab lunch for my co worker and I. I get there and they were finishing up an order to go! I'm standing directly behind the previous customer. while he walks away and I step up to order , the server closed the serving window in my face! Thinking he would be right back, I waited 10 minutes before his lack of customer service rubbed me the wrong way. He didn't tell me he'll be right with me, he didnt acknowledge me at all! So I knocked on the window (no answer) I knocked on the door(no answer). When the server did walk up to the window she answered the phone and took those orders before mine! Before today, shortys was number one on my place to visit on the weekend with my friends or sisters. Your customer service sucks read more

Ive been waiting 10 days for a toe fungus cream and they refuse to handle it. I also had a mild pain medication that they finally agreed to 'over-ride' when I complained after waiting 24 hours. They just flat out don't want to do their jobs. I've never encountered these problems at a Walgreens so it must be bad management and a bad pharmacist. CVS - here we come.

Not sure what the situation is (applicants vs Walgreen's being…read morefrugal) but wait time to have an Rx filled can take an hour (allowing 2 hours after Rx is called in.) One assistant to wait on customers at this location is not enough as I have witnessed too many times. My last Rx: 7 people in line, 5 sitting in chairs. Another pharmacist would help tremendously. I have to wonder if perhaps a back up person could be trained to help during peak times to at least wait on customers who already have Rx waiting- filled Rx. Ideally a program/app that notified customers on the status of their rx or an estimated time frame of fulfillment, or a number assigned to each Rx so that privacy can be maintained and/or the status displayed.. Just ideas and suggestions. Just feels like Walgreen's antiquated system is not gaining satisfied customers. Perhaps customers are lost due to the wait times and inefficiency. Would love to see Walgreen's rethink their system to resolve long wait times, recognizing peak times, and the obvious overworked personnel. When one is in pain and needs their Rx it can be quite challenging for the customer.

I got my few items and went to the cash registers desk. To be rained up. I got my three items went to my car. Forgot I need baby wipes went back into the store got baby wipes got in line behind the popo. Which was a self-checkout. I had no problems with ringing up my baby wipes and that were $2.95. but the older woman with all the gray hair jumps up and tells me that she'll ring me up. I told her I didn't need your help there's a self-check. I was waiting for the popo to finish his order. I will ring up my own. She felt some type of way cuz she didn't want the cop to know that they didn't have anybody on the front end. And especially like little black woman ring up her own s***. Which pissed me off. You should have been up there in the beginning and I wouldn't have to ring up my own products on the self checkout doing your job. She felt some kind of way I didn't care about all that Caucasity. I told her I know you didn't want that black woman to ring about her own stuff because you thought I can walk out the door every f****** body is not like everybody else y'all need to stop blaming everybody that's brown skin that for the other brown skin unprofessionals that came in your store. Middle Georgia is nothing but a big Nasty jar of Molasses syrup! Middle Georgia's one big small bottle of molasses syrup with a lot of Fing Caucasity... that old GAL Manager she was swimming in it tonight. I just don't get it. Why you'll think you are superior or got some type of special treatment going on down here in molasses syrup Middle Georgia. I'll treat people the way I want to be treated. And if you don't like other ethnicities hang a sign on the door says we do not honor ethnicities outside of Caucasity ethnicity!
