Slow, slow, slow pharmacy. Some of the staff seems confused as to where they are and why they are…read morethere. Has gotten even worse recently. The time before last that I was there, I was given my liquid Amoxicillin in a poorly-sealed container with liquid dripping all down the side and it wasn't mixed well at all. Huge clumps of white powder stuck to the entire bottom of bottle. Had to go again a few days later for another prescription of Amoxicillin for my kid and had nearly a two hour wait. Began in the drive-thru and was told to return in 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later to be told to come back in another 20 minutes. Decided to wait inside instead of driving all the way back home and once inside had to wait another full hour. The head pharmacist was having to repeatedly be reminded by the other employee what prescription he was even supposed to be working on. Finally, he finished mine and tried to ring it up but then was having issues using the cash register. The other employee had left the pharmacy area for a while for some reason but was able to sign on to the register and ring up my order once she returned. Other customers were experiencing the same issue and some had even been waiting longer than me for some very basic prescriptions, some of which were supposedly already ready for pickup and from days before and these people still had to wait over an hour. My experiences here have been unpleasant for a while, but this time really took the cake. Will not be using CVS for any future prescriptions.
