While I understand businesses may ask questions about service animals, the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. Krysta loudly questioned me in front of other customers and began reading questions from a paper about what tasks my dog performs. When I tried to explain that I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), she was dismissive and laughed, which was humiliating and embarrassing. Not all disabilities are visible. I felt singled out, judged, and treated with a lack of respect simply because I do not "look disabled." My dog was clearly identified as a service animal, and I even offered proof when questioned. What upset me most was not being asked a question, but the rude and public manner in which I was treated. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed because of a disability. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan on returning.

The stretch farther east, between Statesboro and Savannah, is better because it has a relatively new QuikTrip. This Love's has 12 standard pumps and doubles as a truck stop. There's a Chester's Chicken and Subway on site. The restaurants and convenience store are open 24/7. This is Love's Store #320 and it's located about halfway in between Atlanta and Savannah at I-16 Exit 49: SR 257 - Dublin, Dexter.

I had fried chicken before from the other gas station chain that's popular in the Atlanta GA area abbreviated CC. This chicken is better crispy and delicious and the honey biscuit is no joke and you get a fruit pie all for $6 00 with the 2 pc dark special! I asked my sister did she want some on the way to Savannah GA. She thought it was tenders only. She got the 2 pc white combo on the way back. Chicken is bussing! They are not playing no games. This is a tiny little gas station out in the country. You can find it just off I-16 exit 32 (SR 112…read more- Allentown, Montrose) in the small town of Allentown. Note: At the time of writing this review, Yelp has an incorrect map marker for this gas station. I've submitted a fix and hopefully a Yelp moderator will correctly accept it by the time you read this. The station only has 4 pumps. When I visited, the pumps were a bit worn and the displays were hard to read. At this station, you actually pump first and then pay inside with cash or credit card. When I walked inside, a polite young lady behind the counter had a notebook with all of the pump prices owed handwritten neatly in succession. After I paid, she crossed my price off the list. Old school. The entrances to the restrooms are located outside, but you have to go inside the convenience store first and then back out through the back of the store because access to the restrooms directly from the outside has been blocked off by a chain-link fence. I used one of the two restrooms. It was very small, but clean enough. They had run out of paper towels inside the restroom so they let me use the roll sitting on the counter inside the store. As I was leaving, a burly old man dressed in camo entered the store and asked the lady how her mother was doing. There's an abandoned gas station across the street. It looks like a great setting for a (horror) movie.
