We all have our bad days we are human. Being a driver of any kind is extremely stressful, dealing with traffic, a time limit, rude customers, and stressing to make ends meet on top of so much more. So i personally can relate to it all , yes it gives them no excuse for unsafe driving , taking a hour for pick up, or not being professional by not taking their job responsibilities more seriouse, it makes the company look bad as a whole. One bad apple can hurt the reputation of all. My opinion it shouldn't because this day and age no body wants to work , finding good drivers is almost impossible , im sure the businesses here in cookeville are all struggling in the same ways. Ive been driving for a big company in Nashville, not as taxi services more on delivering services. I started out where i was allowing people to just cut me off or they go before me, even with a job in hand was to be done in a timely manner so they trained me to be a Safe aggressive driver and in Nashville thats how it was. I think people dont realize how difficult dealing with the public even when some will try to disrespect just over anything now days some even has lost their lives just cause someone didnt life how they looked at them. I think this company could be a outstanding business with the right drivers, it just takes people to care again. I have took taxi's in cookeville all through out my adult life and always met some really cool drivers, of course i had bad experiences as well but i still kept using them cause hey i wasnt going to allow a persons bad day ruin how i thought about them as a business. so maybe you all that had these bad experiences if given the chance u use their services again ask for a different driver or ask them to not send the one u had bad experiences with and allow the owner or supervisor know details cause im sure they wouldnt be hired if they knew their employee is unsafe.
