I stopped here because I was in town and the price was slightly lower than the one down the road. The place is easy access from highway 70 and seems like it may have had a recent remodel. They had several pumps and they were close to the store entrance. My 3 star review is due to the upkeep and customer service. I needed a receipt and of course the receipt tape is out at the pump so I had to go inside in get the receipt (I purposely use my card at the pump, so I can avoid going inside.) The store was a bit chaotic and only 1 cashier was working. Maybe 6-8 people waiting in line and there wasn't really a clear place to line up or room for that many people inside. The cashier didn't seem real attentive and kept having lengthier conversations, than needed, with customers in line. So overall, I would say to drive a quarter of a mile down the road and get gas at sheetz.

They asked what type of beer we usually like and got us some samples. I had the Hopfly sour and it was really good! Both of the sours I tasted were great! As it is, there are more modern gas stations just a bit farther along the road. But I was worried about my car running out of gas and I wanted a snack. Some of the gas pumps don't work at all, and there's very little of food to buy inside the store. The restrooms are acceptable, but run-down as you might expect from a gas station.

Speedway isn't my typical gas choice, but my options were that or Sheetz, and Speedway was easier to get in and out of. The price was not bad either. If I counted correctly, there were twelve pumps. I liked that there was pay at the pump and tap pay. The pump was slower than others in filling my gas tank. I didn't go inside as there were some questionable folks near the entrance, so I filled up and went on with my journey.

Even though this Speedway was not the cheapest, the inconvenience of waiting for a roadside assistance would have been unpleasant. The station was clean and tidy with no trash. While the receipt printer at the pump did not work, I was still able to run my credit card and get a small "Speedway" discount on my purchase to make it worthwhile. Two wide entrances and a decently large pump area made it convenient. Others pulling boats and such had no problem. I did not go into the store today. We were surprised by how spacious it was inside when we walked in. But what was truly impressive was the enormous display area that included so many ice creams that an additional freezer was needed behind the counter to hold the rest of the flavors. We explained that it was our first time visiting, so the employee encouraged us to try some samples to see what we liked. He also shared that the Vanilla Biscoff was his favorite. As we tried a few flavors, I saw a sign for ice cream flights that included four kid-sized scoops for just $10!! I eventually decided on the Vanilla Biscoff, Cookies & Cream, Cake Batter Brownie, and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. All of it was fantastic! My friend and I both agreed that the Vanilla Biscoff was our favorite, so we returned the next night to get waffle bowls! This is such a gem of a local ice cream shop, and I will prioritize a visit when I return on my next trip!

A very rude, vile young lady who obviously hates her job as a cashier and customer service representative. She rang my items up incorrectly three times and when I corrected her, I got the " hissing sound" of the young ladies that are angry they were corrected. I watched in silence and was astounding that this young lady is on the front lines of waiting on customers. I asked for managers and names. As I was leaving, I did run into Austin, and we discussed what Miss Serenity did. His comment was " thats unacceptable and she will be written up." I am definitely not trying to get this young lady in trouble, maybe a 2nd time around in customer training is what needs to happen. Serenity, do better babe! Do better!
